> 24 hourI was expecting an inexpensive caliper like youd get from Harbor Freight or something, but this one is pretty nice. Heavy, solid feel like my old Snap-On. Auto on when you roll it open is a nice touch. Ive put it thru some tests already and it feels like its a winner.

> 24 hourThe ad sort of states these are waterproof. These Asian products have a strange way of describing things and it does say the stainless parts are waterproof. I was hopeful that it was, being in the marine business. My last pair lasted way longer than expected, they did get a bit wet at times, but in no way are they WATERPROOF by definition.

> 24 hourArrived with a completely dead (.5 v) battery installed. The spare batteries seem fresh. This smaller unit uses LR-44 batteries, not lithium, which would have a longer shelf life. The instruction sheet says the battery will need to be replaced when the voltage drops lower than 1.45 volts, which means the battery would still have a lot of energy left.

> 24 hourNice price and accurate for what I need. Nice plastic case and it came with two extra 2032 batteries but the locking tabs one the case will break or tear off quickly so have some rubber bands standing by.
