The device doesnt work is a waste of time bought new batteries and still wont work. Dont waste your money. In general would not buy from this seller again my money is burned.

I have had a few sets of cheap calipers. These are so much better.

Extra batteries, fraction, metric, and decimal, amazing value in nice blow mold plastic case.

It does the job. Seems accurate. Easy to read and use. Decent value for the money. Comes in a plastic case and includes EXTRA batteries. No complaints so far.

I havent had it long so I can not say how long it will last but I did notice that it does not always zero properly, it is not too far off but it is sometimes .0005 to .001 off which is ok for some things but not as good as name brand calipers would be but this aint name brand priced either. The one thing that I really dont like but did not notice before purchasing is that the first two digits after the decimal place are large while the rest are small. to read in thousands of an inch this makes it more difficult if you are used to normal pair of calipers or digital readout. Im guessing that this is meant more for using in metric than imperial (inches). If you need reading glasses the smaller numbers are difficult to read without them. Other than that they are fairly smooth traveling and look to be decent quality for the price. I am used to using Mitutoyo, Brown and Sharp and Starrett calipers but bought these because my employees do not respect tools properly and keep breaking them otherwise if you are buying it for personal use and use them often I would recommend spending more and getting better quality calipers.

Calibrated perfectly works perfectly good strong heavy stainless steel and using it at work makes it a lot easier I do make sure check calibration every morning and its always spot on so far.
