The versatility is great - plenty of pockets, and compression straps help make it easier to carry when its full. But I expected it to be bigger. The description says it has a 40L capacity, but Im not sure how to measure that.

Excellent rolly carryon replacement for short or long trips, with easily adjustable interior and exterior straps for compression. As a petite woman, I have been able to pack up to two weeks worth of belongings. Great piece of luggage. Very versatile; carry it as a backpack, carry it as a piece of luggage, or carry it on your rolling luggage. It has pockets in the right places; can hold a lot of stuff: clothes, electronics, books, whatever you want to pack. And reasonable price. Very happy with this purchase.

This bag is honestly the bomb!!! Really nice quality, and so many features and little details they thought of to make this bag everything you could possibly want and still store it under the seat on the airplane as your personal item!!! I’ve searched a lot of bags and nothing compared to this, most look similar, but they do not have a cupholder on the side, which was important to me. And this one’s features two extra straps to make sure your drink thermos doesn’t fall out! Highly happy & recommended!

I chose this out of all the others because a reviewer mentioned that it protected his laptop well, but I do not see how. The edge of your laptop facing down will be right up against the ground and will not survive a short fall. Its still a good bag, Im sure, but all the other bags seem to fail in the same way, if they just stitched it so your laptop were suspended above the bottom of the bag then it would be fine, and wouldnt even need padding.

I have to leave a review, almost 6 months later, because of how this product has been one of the best I made this year. Honestly, I’m a pretty heavy packer but this backpack seems to do it for me every time if I’m staying somewhere for a week or two. It fits my very chunky 17” gaming laptop, multiple sweaters, shirts, pants, and shorts. I’ve taken this backpack with me on a dozen or so trips and I’ve had no problems with it. I was wary of the durability because of some reviews, but haven’t had any problems considering how heavy it tends to end up being after packing. Most importantly, I’ve taken it with me on every flight with another suitcase carry-on, and had no problems getting it through security. Sometimes I pack it so full it doesn’t entirely fit under the seat in front of me, but it doesn’t cause a problem since I’m able to get most of the bag under there.

I bought this for a week long trip overseas. I was able to fit so much in this that I could almost gone without checking a bag. It was easy to organize and fit great under the seat of both the large and midsize (seat/aisle/2seat) plane. It was comfortable wearing, held everything in place well. I loved the side opening, very convenient and almost like a suitcase. I wasnt planning on getting anything out of the bag during active travel, but it does have a pocket with a top zip that would allow easy access to a laptop, books and the like during travel. I highly recommend!

I needed a backpack to backpack through Portugal for 10 days. I thought this one would be cool as it opens up like a suit case. I will warn buyers it is a solid size, not in a bad way, just it didnt fit under my seat on the way to Portugal, and it was hard to get in the overhead compartment when it was full, but on the way home the plane was not as packed and it fit above me with ease, so just beware that it needs to go in the overhead compartment if you have it full. That was my only thing, not a complaint just a comment. I fit everything I needed for 10 days in the bag and it went great! If youre wondering how much... -ipad, book, notebook, makeup bag, hair, shower, and toiletries bag (I know I overpacked this stuff lol), 3 leggings, 2 jeans, enough underwear and socks for 10 days, 7 tops, adaptor, charger, stuff like that, a hat, belt, jewlery, like I got everything I needed and more into this bag with ease, I used packing cubes which helped but I love this bag

Took this - and ONLY this bag - on a train trip from Dallas to Chicago to Springfield, MA, to Vermont, back to Springfield, back to Chicago, to Oregon, to Seattle, to Alaska, back to Seattle, to California. Was scheduled to continue to Hawaii but fell ill. Plenty of room in bag to hold appropriate clothing for a broad range of conditions yet small enough to wear as a backpack when hiking became necessary.
