Greater than one weekI was born and raised in a beach town and the Frisbee was a big part of it all. I never even looked to see what else was on the market. The only other flying disks Ive ever thrown were the hard small golf disks or the free ones you get as a promotional item. Until two weeks ago. Then the Discraft Ultra Star was introduced to me at a picnic. At first I thought it was just about the same. Same size. Same weight. Same bendable plastic. Same feel on the grip. Same basic shape. But what it did differently surprised me. It didnt jump up and down vertically. If youve ever flown a Frisbee then youll know how it drops and lifts when it hits the breeze. Well the Discraft doesnt do that. Its all in the design, the Frisbee is more domed and therefore floats a bit more all the while being less stable in flight. I love the way the Ultra Star flies. It is a work of art. Ill never go back to the old standby. And its less expensive. I snagged up the red one. Looks great and its very easy to see. Highly recommended

> 3 dayThis disc is the Swiss Army Knife of Frisbees. Not only is it great for playing Ultimate Frisbee (which it is awesome at, by the way; it glides through the air with all the grace of a parachuting hippopotamus at a Chinese buffet), but it has a plethora of other uses as well. For example, it can be used as a plate to hold food. I wouldnt recommend putting it in the microwave; I found this out the hard way. Also, it can be used to distract children. Have you ever wanted to do something but the kids were always getting in the way? With this disc, all you have to do is gather the children, then throw the frisbee with all your might. The little ones will run after it, and if youre lucky, itll take them at least an hour to find it and bring it back. Another practical, everyday use for this is one that people of a certain profession will find handy. One mans toy is another mans weapon, and this product is a perfect example of that. This disc is easily weaponizable. Whether youre a professional hit-man, a bounty hunter, or just a disgruntled anarchist, this frisbee should be your ultimate weapon of choice. Forget about sniper rifles, knives, poison, and pencil sharpeners. The Discraft Ultra Star Sport Disc is the assassins best friend. The black color helps disguise it at night, and the target will never see it coming. This can be annoying, though, especially if youre targeting the king of Antarctica, President Snow (take notes, Katniss), or anyone who is surrounded by white. But this problem is easily fixed by purchasing discs of different colors to blend in with the environment that youre working in. This disc is just like a boomerang, except that if you miss, it wont come back, and youll have to risk your life to retrieve your weapon. I suggest training for at least two years until you attempt to use it on someone. Having said that, this product is exceptional, and I would highly recommend it for everyone.

> 3 dayThe weight and size is great. Bright orange is a great color. Flies well and feels like it can hold up to a little damage.

16-11-2024We have a ton of cheap frisbees, the give away kind. This is a huge difference and a lot easier for my 7 year old to throw.

> 3 dayThis frisbee was a gift for my teenage son, who was using a cheap frisbee from a corporate giveaway. This new one is like a pro model compared to a cheaper one. Flies great and is easy to use.

> 3 dayGreat frisbee, flies well. I’m mainly disappointed with the fact that the bright glow of the frisbee doesn’t last long at all. It will glow just bright enough to see it, catch it, and pass it, but then after 5 min it starts to have a dull glow that is hard to see. If you want to play at night, definitely would recommend getting a light up one with batteries.

> 3 dayReally nice frisbee. Not too hard, not to flimsy. My friend thought it was so nice that he stole it not long after I bought it.
