> 3 dayWe got these packets for dehydrated foods (in bags and jars), beans/grains (in jars), homemade beef jerky (in vacuum bags) and for drying out electronics that get wet... They work really well in all these contexts. The price can not be beat for food grade silica gel packets! I was amazed at the value and solid quality. This 2 gram size was perfect for quart size bags/jars or smaller. Just add more packets for bigger bags. Thanks for reading. I hope this helps you make a smart purchase!

> 3 daySaving on shipping by slapping a label on the back of the product doesnt help when you cant read any of the information and instructions. Next time, try a clear plastic bag or an easy to remove label. Update: Finally got the label off enough to read the package. At the bottom, it says, If you have any complaints or issues, please contact us directly before leaving any negative feedback. What is the point of the message, if you are going to cover it up????

> 3 dayI have been vacuum sealing some foods. Wanted a moisture pack that would keep the moisture out of what Im packing up. Ive already used one pack of these. Have purchased a second bag. I have to assume that they are working good since I cant open everything Ive sealed up to check it out. Nice value for all that I got. Will order a 3rd bag if needed.

> 3 dayI dehydrate a lot of garden vegetables for winter-time cooking. I also pressure-can a lot, but dehydrating takes up 1/10th the space and is so much lighter without all the water content. However, the bane of anyone who dehydrates in the risk of moisture and mold. Even though I vacuum seal, I add a dessicant for that little extra safety. So far, everything Ive opened up and used this winter has been perfectly dry! With the time and effort to dehydrate, the small cost of adding these little packets makes a lot of sense (and cents) to me.

> 3 dayIf you need something that can remove odor and moisture from shoes go no further. I had some really bad smelling dude shoes and let me tell you they smelled bad! So I put half of the bag in one shoe and the other half in the other shoe. I left it in the shoes for about 3 days and all of the odor is gone but Im going to leave it longer to make sure all of the moisture is gone too. Also I stuffed the top of the shoe with plastic to keep the outside moisture from affecting the packets.
