I use these packets to store vintage and new calligraphy nibs to protect from rust. These are a nice size, about the size of a sugar packet, perfect for small sealed bags with only a few nibs. These are also great for storing sterling pieces. You do need to store your items in an airtight container or package, otherwise they are drawing dampness from the surroundings. I like that you can recharge or reuse these by simply microwaving them per instructions, it makes them affordable and creates less waste.

Added to food I have dehydrated to keep moisture from building up in the packaging after dehydrating, for home use. They are getting the job done.
