16-11-2024Duffel seams to be well made. I purchased the smaller bag and it’s still large enough to hold all my gear. I love that I can open the bag and easily locate the item I need. Only 4 stars at this time because I’ve not taken it on the river yet!

> 3 dayHigh quality bag that has taken abuse on my kayak camping trips and motorcycle adventures. Zippers allow in a tiny bit of water if caught in heavy rain on the motorcycle, but certainly not enough to worry about... just a little damp where the zipper tab is. Customer service was AWESOME too! When I first ordered I received a bag that was missing two of the tiedown points at the handles. I contacted them and got a replacement shipped to me right away! Ive been very happy with the product & service!

> 3 dayI have not water tested this bag yet so while the design and closing feature mimics other dry bags I am expecting it to perform as advertised. There are 3 permanent black marks on the bag which appear to be manufacturing defects and normally would classify this product as a second but I like the size and overall construction.

> 3 dayThis bag is rather expensive and I don’t usually spend this much money on a bag like this but WOW it’s fabulous! It’s nicely sized to hold a lot, it stands up on its own which I really like (see pic) and I haven’t tested it yet for waterproofness but I think it’ll have no problem with that. It’s also very well made and worth the money.

> 3 dayHave been using this for the past few months, on about 8 saltwater fishing trips. I pack a large laminated navigation chart, binoculars, iPad, towel and some 3750 size assorted lure cases etc. I debated getting a smaller size, but am glad I went with this. Has held up well, but, admittedly, I am careful with it. The top folds on itself multiple times and can be secured with straps to help seal out water.

> 3 dayI havent put the product to use yet but I do a bunch of rafting trips in Alaska. And have used a bunch of different bags and will say these appear to be built every bit as good. Or better than many of the more expensive brands.

> 3 dayBought this bag to to set in the passenger seat of my goldwing and keep my clothes, sleeping bag and pillow dry . I just returned from a 4 day 1600 mile camping trip and the bag held up great. Didn’t have a lot of rain while on the road. But enough to know it works. I also left it outside my single man tent and we had some pretty hard due that didn’t seep in. While it was only a 4 day trip I deliberately packed it as if I was going for a 2 week trip, just to make sure it would hold everything and still strap down well in the passenger seat. It had met my expectations. Quality build.

> 3 dayI’m very please with the quality construction of the bag. I have not had it in water yet. I have a 2,000 mile motorcycle trip planned and I purchased the bag to hold my camping gear. A test run shows me that it will hold all my camping gear (smaller, light weight equipment intended for motorcycle travel, hiking with backpack...). There is plenty of room to securely roll the top to keep water out. I have added reflective tape to all four sides for safety. I purchased yellow as a safety consideration. Each handle is stitched to the bag in two places. I was surprised that a D ring was only at one of those points. The 2 D rings are at opposite ends of the handles, so I can see that there’s a benefit to that when it comes time to attach it to the bike. I don’t know why they didn’t use four? Why not place a D ring at the end of each handle on both sides? I can’t see that it would add considerable cost. It would add convenience and options when it comes time to put it on the bike. It would also give a back up D ring in the event one should break. It seems to be made of quality materials with quality construction. I can’t wait to put it to use!

20-11-2024Great bag and fast delivery. The ONLY reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it doesnt have a Velcro closure. My other bags like this come with a Velcro closure to seal the opening prior to folding. Not sure if it makes a difference but it feels more secure. Other than that.....GREAT product!!

Greater than one weekI’m concerned about the Id pocket as a weak spot and potential leaks
