I am very surprised these cameras work very well!. I am getting rid of the cable security cameras and replacing them with these Drews cameras. Day or night these work very well.

Bought this unit for outdoor placement on my garage roof to monitor activity in/around my driveway. The included solar panel works as advertised and is keeping my camera at 100% charge in spite of cloudy/rainy weather. I have the rooftop panel directed due south and from roof to sky, unobstructed (no trees, buildings in the way). One can remotely rotate the camera via the app. I did not want to permantely mount the camera so I constructed a simple stand for it to mount to (pictures attached). This stand assembly makes the camera easily portable. Per the manufacturer, with an outdoor installation, camera should be mounted upside down (there is a sticker on the bottom of the camera with this instruction, nothing in the user manual to indicate this). Installation of the app and the camera to the app is easy. I have 128G SD card (not included) for local storage and Dzees offers free 7 day cloud storage along with other options which are paid-for subscriptions. As long as the camera can connect to your local wi-fi network, you can view activity via the app and the SD card. Cloud storage is not required. Lots of bells/whistles on this unit. I just use the basic functions. Very happy with performance and picture quality. The ONLY critique I have is the motion sensor is sometimes late in activating the camera, consequently one cannot view the very start of an incident, rather, it will pick up in the middle or toward the end.

All this at a reasonable price is hard to beat. Excellence in quality and peace of mind. Oh yes and I almost forgot - powered by the sun. A solar battery-powered security camera that does what its supposed to at the right price.

This product is so easy to install and set up. The app is easy to navigate and control the camera. It can detect vehicles, animals, even packages picked up or delivered and knows the difference! Will definitely buy again!

Great little camera! We are not disappointed in quality just wished it had a little bit better motion capture. We’ve been having issues of trespassing and it has caught what we needed for the most part but it is wonderful otherwise! Night vision is great too!

A little laggy and the sound is low.. that may be because its on 5ghz.. I have to switch it to 2.4 and see

Love almost everything about this camera, BUT the audio sucks! Every so often it works, but thats very rare when it does and you can barely hear the audio before it cuts off after a couple of seconds. Ive owned a lot of home surveillance cameras, from the expensive down to the cheapest. I would have ranked this camera as my all-time fav, but unfortunately, not being able to hear the audio takes it off my list of good home security cameras. I have contacted support regarding it and the advice they gave me is ridiculous. How do I take a pic of the problem and send it to yall like yall requested when its an AUDIO problem?? Make that make sense. SMH. And I did everything else yall suggested, and it still does the same thing. Nothing has changed. Was going to purchase another one, but will unfortunately have to look elsewhere. So if not, hearing audio is not a problem for you then I would recommend this camera, but if youre like me and want audio, look elsewhere.

I initially bought this camera to install in my outdoor sheep shed in order to monitor my 4 sheep and any potential predators. I set the camera on my front porch for a trial run. The camera alerts me when an Amazon package is delivered (!!), when my LP gas is delivered, and when 2 stray dogs happen onto my front porch. I receive a vibration through the app and can immediately see what triggered the motion detector. Yet is is an unintended use that has me so very thankful for this camera!! The rescue dog who rescued me (!!) 8 years ago has torn the ligaments in both back legs. While waiting on a consult with a surgeon, I have been so worried about leaving sweet Sally at home alone. When I realized that this outdoor camera can also be used inside, I was excited to see if it would help. I can now keep an eye on Sally all day while I am at work. I receive a notification when there is movement, and I am able to make sure she is okay. I have not tried out the microphone for fear of scaring her and her two rescue brothers, but I certainly have that option if I am concerned and want to voice a command or otherwise communicate. Bottom line? This camera has saved the day, works inside or outside, and has been completely simple to operate. The app is user friendly, too . I could not be happier!

This product has been a lifesaver! The peace of mind that my family and I have is in measurable. Our neighborhood used to be very quiet, then about two years ago they seemingly normal neighbors moved in. But since then, it’s been nothing but police calls for domestic violence, public disturbances, arson, and theft. It took a while to find the right camera that would work just right, but once we found this security camera, the neighbor seem to have kept her activities down. I plan on putting a few more up to help keep the house more secure. I will be sure to buy this brand for the ease of the app and the quality of the product.

I like that I can see most of my front area around my house without going outside. I have the camera mounted on a pole and can literally see 360 degrees. I had a little trouble with the solar panel not charging but Kaia sent me a replacement one right out and it is working fine now. I feel much safer if anyone is wandering around, a notification comes to my phone. I can take a picture or a video of the person and save it to my phone. I plan to get another one for the back of the house so I will be able to monitor all of my yard. Update: I ordered another camera with the solar panel. I had an issue with the solar panel not charging, but after a quick email to Kaia and a very quick response, a replacement solar panel was sent and arrived in a few days. I mounted this camera on a pole too. The camera is charging and working wonderfully. Again, I am very happy with Kaias fast response. I now have the ability to monitor all of my yard and it gives me a great sense of security. Thanks Dzees for the peace of mind!
