I purchased and recently installed my fourth Dezees camera. The first three were the general cameras that you mount and have aimed toward the area that you wish to monitor. This time I decided to try a design (Dzees PTZ 2K) that allows remote panning control through the VicoHome/Dzees Home app up to 355 degree horizontal and nearly 90 degree vertical coverage to eliminate blind spots. The package contains all that is needed to mount the camera (this model is heavier than the basic cameras and requires an included sturdier mount to hold the unit). Set up, connecting to the home 2.4GHz network and adding the camera to the home group through the app was once again, very easy and accomplished in only a few minutes. I found it best to initially set up near the Wi-Fi router and making sure the camera was activated before mounting. Once mounted, you’ll be able to position the camera (through the app) to maximize area coverage. You rotate the camera views by tapping direction ring (see picture #3). As with my other units, I power all of my cameras with a solar panel to save the up and down on a ladder to remove, charge and remount again. In conclusion, I am very pleased with this purchase. Looking back at my previously purchased units and after using this camera over the last several days, I now may consider replacing my other three units with the PTZ 2K.

This is a great home security product! My family has been sorely disappointed by more expensive cameras from other brands before. The Dzees camera has all the features those other cameras had, but is more user friendly and a better deal. It has great battery life and picture quality. We love that it provides free (limited) cloud storage for recordings. You dont need to pay a fee to view your cloud recordings remotely when youre away from home. If you need more storage, its super easy to expand using your own SD card. Also something super nifty is that the Dzees camera has not just a wide angle, but a remote-controlled movable lens! You can direct the camera to turn depending where you want to see. So cool.

I purchased two D3 cameras with solar panels and one without. Shipping was fast. It took approximately 8 hours to fully charge each camera. I installed the Dzees Home app and connected all 3 with no problems. I havent installed the cameras in their permanent locations so they are temporarily placed at different sites to test their capabilities. Two are within 30 feet of the wireless router and the third is about 120 feet away with a huge metal barn between it and the router. The two closest to router work perfect and the third still has surprisingly good response, although it does struggle connecting with the app sometimes (which is to be expected in this situation). I originally set the sensitivity of all cameras to high but had to change one to medium due to wind moving the vegetation in its view. The night vision works a lot better than I expected and the range detection seems dependent on size of moving object. Overall I am very pleased with all 3 of the cameras and time will tell if they will last.

This camera has great night vision the motion detection is awesome very sensitive. The ease of installation was great. For the price it is an all-around perfect camera. I’m very glad I bought it and will be purchasing more.

Easy to set up and so far good picture quality. This is for the solar option and so far never dipped much below 100% charge. I like being able to control the camera location from the app.

I like the respose to commands I get from the camera. Motion detection, picture quality, outdoor spotlight, siren alarm have all been perfect.

This camera is nice Ive been through five cameras already and this has been the best one as you can see in the images very clear at night and in the day motion sensor is a little slow overall I like the camera a lot

The cameras cool but it dies in like 2-3 days it’s missing features like auto sleeping when nothings happening which would save a lot of storage and battery, it’s fixed it doesn’t track. Honestly I would say you get what you pay for but there are better and smaller cameras for the same price.

The only complaint I have is that the motion detector is lacking accuracy.

I love these cameras as you can be anywhere in the world and see your property or business and you can listen and speak into the area your camera is watching... Very Cool! The night vision is strong and if you need to see with more color a white light turns on so you can see in color and it is really clear. This is my husband spraying for bugs in our greenhouse that the motion sensor caught and sent me to my phone :-)
