> 3 dayI am mounting a new 50 TV with all the bells and whistles - the system is super strong, heavily constructed, and allows tilting and rotating. Most of all, the parts are especially well organized and labeled, and the instruction book is the best I have ever seen - The unit is heavy because it need to be - so I recommend help with the stage of screwing it to the wall, and finally hanging a large TV on it. I am 110 percent satisfied!!!

> 3 dayI mounted my old 42 Vizio on this yesterday. While some may not like the corny instructions I was a fan and found them extremely easy to follow. I opted for this mount over others for several reasons including price, the width of the wall mount itself to future-proof against wider studs, the full articulation, and user reviews. I am definitely not a DIYer and had my heavy 65 4k tv professionally mounted. I figured for my older and lighter 42 Id give it a try myself. The instructions were easy and I took it slow to make sure I did everything correctly. It was an easy install and I had almost all of the tools on hand: stud finder, power drill, level, tape measure (correct placement of the tv is key!), screwdriver/screwdriver drill attachments, and a socket wrench. Due to the shape of the bracket with a lip my socket wrench could not tighten the screws into the wall the whole way - I had a set of flat wrenches. Make sure you have one that protrudes out so you can tighten the bolts in a recessed area. Im not sure the technical term for all of this but it was just something I had not thought of. After a quick trip to Home Depot and a $5 attachment for my power drill, it was off to the races. I hung this mount myself up high in my bedroom using a sturdy ladder with a support that was able to hold the mount up while I tightened. Its manageable to hang it yourself but I would recommend having a friend help you out just to be safe - the mount is heavy! The bedroom in my apartment has five walls - think about taking one of the corners and putting a small 6-ft wide wall in its place - so I wanted the full motion mount to be able to orient my tv properly for my bed. The mount worked like a dream - easy swivel motion and once I had tightened the tilt mechanism on the back of the tv it was good to go! I took my good old time with the installation to make sure everything went smoothly and was just how I wanted it and finished in about an hour. For reference, my only other DIY experience is assembling Ikea furniture six years ago, drilling a coat rack into the wall, and swapping out shower heads. Make sure you have all the proper tools, measure everything out, take your time, and youll have a great wall mount up!

> 3 dayEasy to install and sturdy. Using it on an 86, 100lb TV. For those where the studs are where you want to put the mount, simply run two horizontal 2x4s on the wall that you bolt to the studs. Then bolt the mount to the 2x4. In my case, I also had the wiring outlet in the way. So I bolted vertical 2x4s to the studs and then the horizontal 2x4s to that. Is all hidden anyway. For those trying to tighten the tilt and that slide rod / turn nut is not cutting it, realize there is a matching hex nut on the other side. Both are a little loose to start. Just tighten down both to get the tilt you want and it will stay that way. I added a few extra bolts to the mount into my 2x4s just to make sure as their 3 bolts went through the short end of my horizontal 2x4. I measured to put the mount so the TV sits 1 above the ledge I have there. And that is exactly how far the TV hangs. No sag what so ever. Been a month without any issues. I cannot imagine how that giving way would cause the TV to fall off or break. There is not that much tilt capability. And the vertical arms lock onto the mount with bolts. This thing is not going anywhere and I can move the 100 lb TV with one finger.

> 3 dayExceeded my expectation. Easy to install on the wall. Easy to mount the TV. Adjusting the tv is very free flowing. The only thing I will add is about tools: Make sure you have an impact driver to get the lag bolts in.

> 3 dayEven with Prime, I received this item in one day. Installation was very straightforward and easy for anyone with minimal mechanical skills. Instructions were easy to read if needed, and the packaging is very professional with all the necessary bolts and washers. I used the EchoGear heavy duty bracket to mount a 65 inch, 70 pound UHD 4K on a brick fireplace in the family room, replacing a generic lighter duty mount that formerly held a 50 inch television. I ordered the concrete mounting kit (separate item for 10 bucks) that includes bolts and fisher plastic anchors, but decided on install day to use Redhead 1/4 inch by 2.5 inch anchor bolts. I went with six (two extra for insurance). I am sure the fisher anchors would have worked fine, but I was concerned about heating up the anchors when using the fireplace so opted to use the Redheads for that reason. Unlike the previous mount that had a single swing arm, I appreciate that the Echogear version has a double scissor style, allowing for straightforward centering of the television when extending or retracting. Action on the mount is smooth. Mounting the television was pretty easy as well, and the drop on bar design is very forgiving to attach, and offers the installer several inches of horizontal adjustment as desired to get the unit perfectly centered in the space to prevent the wife from complaining. I realize that I am not maxing out the unit with a 70 pound television, but I am confident that the unit will support the rated weight of 120 pounds based on the sturdiness and heft of the bracket. Note - There is no vertical adjustment available once mounted, and the bracket provided was maxed on the VESA mounts for the television I installed (Vizio P-Series 65 Inch), so measure your space to understand where the wall bracket aligns with the television once attached. This is easy enough to do by mounting the television bracket, laying the wall mount into position on the television while on the ground, then taking a top of and bottom measurement (the two may not be the same, and was not for the Vizio unit) of the TV to the wall bracket mounting holes. If you do this, you will not install the bracket too high or too low. I am happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayThe quality of this wall mount is exceptional. Its heavy metal with a nice black coating. The box was damaged by the shipping company and I was concerned some of the pieces might be bent or missing...they were not. The mount was well protected in its box. ALL the parts and pieces you could possibly want for various mounting configurations are included as well as an easy to follow and understand instruction booklet. No broken English or improper grammar. It took maybe an hour to put it up. The longest part was measuring to make sure it was where I wanted it. Once the tv is mounted on the bracket, its very easy to adjust, horizontally and vertically. In fact, even though the bracket was installed on the wall, using a level to make sure it WAS level, once the tv was mounted it was obviously NOT level. That was so easy to fix, by adjusting the back center plate with the INCLUDED Allen Wrench. This plate was not leveled from the factory which made the tv cockeyed. Its SO easy to pull the tv out from the wall and angle and turn it any direction I desire. No more glare and I can now watch TV from the kitchen or dining room, by pulling it out. I LOVE the 22 extension. Its also easy to slide back against the wall. It slides back centered exactly how I wanted it mounted on the wall. There is plenty of room to prevent cord pinching or binding. Yes, this is a more expensive mount, but you get what you pay for...Im SO happy with this and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to protect their investment and get a quality wall mount for their tv.

> 3 dayI installed this on my 55 Samsung TV and it works flawlessly. I have Zero Complaints. It seems that a good deal of thought went into the design of this product. The maneuverability is excellent and when you move it or tighten it to a certain position, well it stays in that position until you move it again. You dont have to worry about the TV mysteriously shifting on its own causing you to contemplate if you have poltergeists in the house playing LED screen head games with you angling your TV in a different position. Also Its large enough to cover practically any stud size but small enough to be hidden well behind the TV. This mount could easily be double the price at a Best Buy for the quality you receive. I honestly could not say anything negative about the product. The anchors that anchor it to the studs were even done correctly. If you are like me you always worry about the anchors cracking a stud. The anchors were of the perfect size which is large enough to keep the mount sturdy but small enough not to crack a stud. If you are thinking about getting a cheaper full motion mount on Amazon Dont cause you will regret it and anything cheaper is more than likely of poor quality. This product may be $100 but it is an excellent price for what you get. Anyone who gave this product a negative review or said it was difficult to install is the probably the same type of person who has difficulty chewing gum and walking at the same time. In conclusion I would most definitely purchase this product again in the future when I mount the other TVs in my house.
