The EFX brand is the original producer of this fairly new creatine supplement. It has a special tendency to remain potent even when taken with liquids, retaining its full potency. Other types, like creatine monohydrate, will dissolve faster and not give you the necessary delivery to your muscles. Also, creatine monohydrate will dry your joints and cause bloating and, for me personally, wicked stomach cramps. In addition, it could potentially cause harm to your liver over time because, when broken down in your system, it releases toxins in your body. Kre alkalyn is a completely clean supplement that does not leave toxins in your various digestive organs. You even absorb 100% of the kre alkalyn into your system with its added nutrients, helping you achieve maximum results. However, this stuff, on occasion, will cause VERY minor bloatings. But I am not 100% sure if it is this product as it could be my preworkout as well. The other advatage is there is no loading phase to mess around with. What I do is take one before a workout, usually 30 minutes or so. You are supposed to take it an hour before, but I like to have a long warm up to avoid injuries and I want this to kick in during the meat of my routine. Also, I take one immediately folliwing my workout. I tend not to take them when not working out as I feel they will not be working to their full potential; but, Im sure it would not hurt. Performance wise, I experience a noticeable burst of energy. However, a pre workout like AC/G3 is much better for this kind of boost. I definitely felt stamina augmentation during my workouts. I could increase my reps from normal and could do more sets. In about 2 months, I was able to put on 20 lbs to my benchpress. I also went from 5 ugly pullups for 6 sets to 8 controlled pullups for 10 sets in this time frame. Do to a pulled groin, I cant make the judgment on my squat or deadlift at this time, but plan to update in the future. But, if it helped my bench, which is my weakest lift, I am confident it will help my stonger lifts as well. I have been really blown away by this product as most seem to promise the world with little results. This stuff really works and it is my most valuable supplement. I highly recommend this product and buying it from amazon. My brother paid $39.99 at gnc for 90 capsules as opposed to paying $24.94 for 240 capsules. I have a realy hard time increasing my muscle mass and strength, but this has really helped me. I hope it helps you as well.

I dont actually have a review on the product itself. However when I got the package everything was fine the safety label was on it everything looked good. however I opened up the seal and theres powder everywhere and a good majority of them are busted open inside of the bottle. Im not sure how that happens if theyre being checked for quality.

Regular creatine has always done a number on my digestive system. It can be quite painful and always ends up forcing me to quit taking the creatine for the discomfort to eventually go away. Because of that, I was hesitant to try this formula but was intrigued by the comments saying it was easy on the digestive system. So I jumped. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised by this product! I have encountered no digestive issues. I take a dose a half hour prior to a workout and then another about a half hour after the workout. I would highly recommend this to those who have experienced the same issues as myself with regular creatine. I mean it isnt that expensive; so it is at least worth a shot to see if it will work for you. Creatine is such a great supplement to have to go without; and this product may mean you dont have to.

My husband says it’s the best Creatine hands down!! Easy on the GI Tract and it gives him a great energy boost. He takes 2 daily and on his workout days he takes an extra 2 about 30 minutes prior to his workout with awesome results!!!

let me start out by saying that I have tried every single creatine monohydrate on amazon and off of amazon, yet none of them has shown me the results like KRE-ALKALYN-EFX has. i have been off of this creatine for 1 month just trying Bulk supplements and I see that I look skinnier and lost weight and energy. I also gave Optimum nutrition creatine a go and I was disappointed. not to mention that while you need 7 pills off of other products, you need only 4-5 off of this so it makes swallowing those pills a lot easier

I have used various creatine products for over twenty years. This is by far the best Ive come across. No stomach issues with this period ... AND it works way better than anything else Ive tried. I am on my third bottle now. I take three (3) caps before working out and two (2) after. (This is one more than the recommended dosage, so be sure not to start off with that much.) On non workout days I take two (2) caps. You get a bonus WOW factor with this one. I swear I can actually feel my muscle growing before my eyes, especially when doing bicep curls. Might be just me, but Ive been adding more than a half inch to my biceps each month, something Ive never been able to do before.

This product is great, being that it is ph balanced I feel as if my body is utilizing more of the product per serving and therefore it is more cost effective. I have had zero issues with this product, the price is great, the capsules are convenient and the product is from a reputable company. You can research a little and figure out your daily intake of creatine or you can follow the simple directions on the back of the bottle that will get you close to your needs based on weight. I only have one suggestion, in no way is it a complaint, if you keep a gym bag in your car do not leave these in the car when temperatures are high the heat will make the capsules smell and taste bad. This is probably the case for all gelatin type capsules.

great price for the amount of creatine your getting. i cant really say much as far as results yet because i just started taking these but i have some friends who have taken these and they tell me the product works great. im hoping to see good results as i work out 5 days a week but im sure i will. creatine plus lifting equals muscle gains... i also like that theres no loading phase or bloating to deal with as there is with regular monohydrate. i will definately order this again... i also see this company has other pills that are creatine blended with pre workout ingredients... would be nice if they gave a sample of the pre workout pills to try as i would be interested in buying them to replace my current pre workout but im still satisfied with my order and will post an update once i start seeing gains.
