> 24 hourGreat value for someone who prefers to take capsules over powders but it is still more expensive than cheaper creatine capsules. I just prefer these over other brands and it last for 3-4 months. I take (2) during my workouts (Im 200 pounds). You never get an upset stomach either and I have with regular creatine. How many times have you heard that you need to drink the powders fast and not let them sit in water? Thats why I prefer capsules. Plus convenience! :) I take C4 per-workout and XTend or AminoLast during my workout and also add more BCAA, BA, and this product. I have results even at age 50 to know this works. Post workout is either a smoothie with whey or a whey ready to drink. Prefer a smoothie when I have time but the ready to drink when I need to head to work.

> 24 hourEFX is the only creatine monohydrate supp that I swear by. Ive used others in a pinch, but I really think this is the best bang for your buck. Theyre an honest company whose metrics, measurements, info etc that you can trust. I take 2 or 3 an hour before and after workouts and I swear they work wonders

> 24 hourI used to use this back in 2011 and I wasnt sure if it worked or if it was placebo effect. Started using it again and after a month of use, Im pretty sure it is effective. After taking it, whether I actually have more energy or not, I feel like Im ready to go 30mins after taking. Im almost certain it helps with those last few reps you couldnt usually do because I feel a difference when I cleanse off it for a week or two. Ive used other creatine pills and powders, but this has been my favorite so far. I highly recommend! *Note: I am not a body builder. Just a 24-year-old athlete who leisurely plays multiple sports. Lean body type, 511 & 163 lbs. Take the advice from me as you will.

> 24 hourAlright - where to even begin when discussing the review of a supplement that aids in muscle growth and weight lifting. Im a 73-year-old former Marine who religiously hits the gym 4-5 times a week, spending 3 hours at a time while there. As Ive gotten older, I noticed that my energy levels, muscle size/definition, and stamina have waned somewhat and that had me concerned. I began reading up on a variety of supplements that one could take to aid in this process, and I subsequently focused on Creatine products. I began first by using Creatine Monohydrate capsules - the most common form of creatine on the market - and by God, yes it worked. After a few weeks my strength levels increased by a good 10-15% depending on the exercise I was performing. Muscle size also noticeably increased in size, and my weight-lifting stamina and strength were noticeably improved. But the side effects - just as advertised - was bloating. In my case, the bloating was all in my stomach, and it showed. Trousers were tighter around the waist to wear, and I gained within the first 2-3 weeks, a good 10+ lbs. But one side effect bothered me (and my wife) the most - and that was the issue of gassy-assy, sigh. I started developing bad intestinal gas issues at the end of the day and by the time I sat down in the evening to watch TV, I was blowin my poor wife off the couch with some absolutely tremendous silent-but-deadly (SBD) farts!!! There is no other way to describe it. Of course, being the typical guy, I first delighted in having the power to force my wife off the couch by these means, but that soon ended when I saw the look on her face. Then I began researching other creatine products and read about versions that had lower PH formulations such as this one here - EFX Kre-Alkalyn. So I ordered, really looking forward to seeing if my bloating would decrease - especially my gas issues. Well unfortunately, the bloating remained and so did the gas issues and that was a huge disappointment, and it made me realize that every digestive system is different. I made sure to investigate if there were other issues at hand that might have been causing my gas. In the end, I discovered it was the Creatine in general that was causing it all. So, I had to stop taking Creatine in general and my issues stopped. Luckily - after stopping my creatine intake - I hadnt lost any noticeable strength or size. In the end, my poor wife of 43 years actually threatened to leave me if I continued with my gass-assy syndrome. It took me a few hours to figure out if I wanted to keep the Creatine and chance it with da Misses, or if I should just quit. Well, the wife won - now Im gas free, my stomach size has gone down somewhat also. So I guess it was the right decision. So the moral of my story is - be careful when using Creatine (especially when you get older), because different types (formulations) basically will have the same effect. I just hope you dont get that overblown colonic back-blast syndrome that I experienced for a few months. In the end, everyone is different and your mileage may vary. Good luck...
