I am a Jeweler, who has been dreaming of 3d printing for a very long time. I finally took the plunge and purchased a longer orange 10. I have been measuring my 1st print everyday for about a week now. I can not detect any shrinkage. I made a bezel .4mm and it is still .4mm. So for the people who are worried about shrinkage, I would say Dont. I wish I could say the same about injection wax! This stuff cleans up very well. I did chip a corner on one of my prints trying to remove a support after the piece had cured. It is much easier to remove supports before things harden. I used a jewelers saw to remove supports after that. the material responds well to dremel tools. This is the 1st resin I have tried, but I am so happy with it I am not going to be changing brands. There is nothing more I could ask for in a resin, so why bother looking for more. well a resin that burns out at 1350 degrees and leaves no ash for around the same price would be AMAZING, but I will take what I can get!

Elegoos standard resin is my go to resin for 3D printing. I operate a small business selling models for tabletop games and my customers have loved the models I print with this resin.

This is my 3rd bottle Ive gone thru, and i havent had any issues at all. The odor is slight, and the quality is great even on a 2k res printer like the Halot One. I will definitely be ordering this resin again.

Very good resin, prints great but be careful as it can break if dropped. Suggest getting some stronger resin and mixing to fix.

Haven’t had any unexpected issues while using this although I’m barely through the bottle. One thing to remember is you should shake it well before using it, otherwise it’s parts settle out and can cause issues with prints.

The only resin I will buy for 3D printing.

I am printing on a Mars 2P. The time recommended by elegoo is 3 seconds. My first print failed, so I bumped it up to 4s. This print failed too. After doing exposure tests, I found the proper time to be between 6-7 seconds. This takes it down to RGB screen territory.

Works great, as long as you have your printer dialed in correctly this resin will not let you down.

This is clearly a resin that I will not recommend. It prints well in terms of adhesion and details. The color is on the red side, less skin fresh, but acceptable. What really breaks deal is that this thing is way too brittle! It is so rigid that cannot bend at all and also extremely brittle that I keep breaking thin parts. I’ve been using 6-7 diff brands and types and this is the only one I complain. I’ve tuned exposure and curing, but it is just too brittle. The photo attached shows good details but you can’t see where I applied super glue. :-)

Great resin for the price. Seems to be the most fragile for miniatures out of all of the resins I’ve tried. Stays very rigid and strong for thicker prints though. Has a nice translucent appearance so you could technically build stuff that has a LED inside it to shine through. I will be buying more cause it’s the cheapest and prints super well.
