I’m not a streamer or a gamer. I bought this to use it as a shortcut device to open applications and load up websites, which does work that way. I love using it for Spotify, you can skip the song playing, play/pause and lets you turn up/down the volume from the deck.

Combining this with OBS has taken my virtual meetings to a different level. Eg With one button, I can switch from a full screen virtual green screen with overlaid company logo etc, to a ‘clean’ view of some content I want to show, with just my face in a Picture in Picture, and then back into full screen video conference view. I can mute/turn my camera on and off, overlay the weather forecast, I can have a little reminder of my current IP address to hand if I need it, glance to see the time, launch common apps I need, control PowerPoint ….the list is endless, basically whatever your imagination comes up with that might make it better working remotely with virtual meetings, this can help make easier and slicker.

Button images are clear and easy to read. Although they could be more precise. You get feeling that button is pressed before it is registered. This feels cheap but you get used to it and learn to press buttons all the way down. Thats pretty much all the negative about it.

If you stream and you have things happening in stream or you want some extras to happen. This is the perfect piece of kit for you. Easy to use and looks great too

If you need more power to control, and get things done, either be it macros, workflow, streaming or even gaming. It is a solid experience, and even serves as an information center, with things on cpu % and other indicators available to you, tailored to your needs. If you need the buttons, its worth it. If you want to save money, go for a smaller model. I did drop mine, and it did survive a drop test and rolled across a wood floor. No outward damage, and no internal damage observed either. The packaging is superb, and the stand is above all and beyond.

This completed my live stream setup using OBS studios. The best part is this unit can be program to work with other apps including web browsing. Customized in minutes.
