After installing the program I there were a few streaming and gaming apps preset. The only Mac OSX app it has is Mail. And the only thing the Mail switch does is open it! I havnt even tried this in Windows, but it better be more versatile than on Mac, unless all these reviews are fake.

The Stream Deck is pricey, but I really wanted to try it out. At the time of me purchasing this stream deck, it did not have any features/integrations outside of the Elgato Software. Now, after about a year, the amount of plug-ins and integrations have made this purchase even more worth it than I initially thought. You can customize the key icons, set mic mute options, go live on twitch, send tweets, etc etc. This Stream Deck has paid for itself in alert customization and SLOBS integration, and for that I love it.

I purchased Elgato Stream Deck XL 32 buttons is working very well, the finish of its structure is matte and the animations that are placed either gifs or videos are more fluid as they have better optimized the system, I had bought Stream Deck 15 buttons and decided to fucionarlo / paste it as seen in the pictures getting an integration of the 2 accessories. What strikes me is that in the XL the buttons have a yellow contrast, since the Stream Deck of 15 buttons the contrast is blue, at the beginning it bothered me a little to see the buttons yellowish but now I am used to the contrast generated by the light of the streamdeck. This contrast or color change is not mentioned in the reviews or the youtube videos, it would be nice if someone could tell me.

This is the perfect product for setting up hotkeys while on a 60% keyboard. Perfect for streaming! Perfect for everyday use as well! Just extremely disappointing to buy a new product and the box comes opened with fingerprints already on the surface of the glossy button.
