Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 – Studio Controller, 15 macro keys, trigger actions in apps and software like OBS, Twitch, ​YouTube and more, works with Mac and PC

This was purely a lark. I wanted a secondary keyboard. The idea was simply to assign macros to keys and have them fire off when I wanted to switch desktops, etc. This little guy goes wayyyy beyond that.

I am shocked at how useful this thing is. As someone who rarely streams, I was unsure about this purchase. But I will be recommending this to just about everyone I know with a PC. Having a panel of customizable buttons is incredible. Shortcuts to your most used programs, push to talk, I set up Philips hue so I have light switch toggles. Even if youre not a streamer, this thing will prove useful.

My son absolutely loved this,he got it for Christmas to help him while steaming as an active gamer this was a very welcome present. He is 14 and he said this was perfect.

6-key model used for basic OBS operations. Easy to configure via the main supported functions, but some of the contributed apps (i.e. VLC Control) are poorly documented, wonky, inoperative, iOS-centric.

What did I use this for? EVERYTHING!
