> 3 dayEpsom salt is epsom salt and this is an amazing deal. A pound at the store is about $8 in Portland, OR and similar cities, so this purchase is a no brainer.

> 3 dayGreat value in this size. Much cheaper than buying small bags at the drugstore. I love the unscented so I can mix with my own essential oils!

Greater than one weekThis fall I’ve been working at a pediatric primary care clinic and the pediatrician I was with was always telling parents how awesome it was to add magnesium to their child’s bath because it would help them sleep and reduce anxiety - so I decided I had to try myself! Warning: THIS IS A BIIIIIG BAG. I did not realize how big lol. I filled up a two gallon glass jar in my bathroom with a scooper (I add two to my bath) and it’s been so nice to have! However, I can probably fill that two gallon glass jar up two or three more times from this bag- which if you have a place to store is a win for the price! Love the product too- smells great and does help me relax and sleep, great safe source to add magnesium to your life.

> 3 dayVery happy with the quantity of this package and Amazons super fast delivery. However, this stuff is hard as a rock. I began running my bath water and cut open the bag and had my cup ready to measure out two cups thinking I could just pour it out of the bag. Oh my goodness, this stuff was a solid piece of rock hard epsom salt! Ran into the kitchen in search of an ice pick. Couldnt find one so I grabbed some scissors and proceeded to stab into the stuff to try to break off a chunk. I got a large piece loose that looked to be about the size of a cup and chucked it into my bath. On a positive note, it dissolved quickly. At least I know now that I will have to plan ahead and break a chunk off of the boulder before the bath has filled with water. I am unable to give it five stars because unless you have a chisel handy you may not be able to use this product. UPDATE: I was contacted by the San Francisco Salt Company and I have to commend them on their fabulous customer service. This is a company that values its customers. I see no reason to ever buy epsom salts from anywhere else. You now have a loyal customer and I would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thanks much!

Greater than one weekThis is about the best you can do for epsom salt, and the price has gone up but still doable from this company. Easy recommendation if you like baths or use the salt for other things. You cant go wrong.

19-11-2024I mix a good two or three scoops to my bath water and just soak in there and my muscles feel so much better afterwards. It’s a repeat buy product I will continue with. Such great muscle relief. I swear by Epsom salts.

> 3 dayAwesome product. Huge quantity for such a great price. ((Though Costco has Dr. Teals I think for a lower price-quantity ratio)) Kinda awesome idea of this stuff. Id never really heard of detox baths growing up, but now, what with my own kids and one going to preschool for the first time Ive been looking into supporting and strengthening their immune systems naturally. Used it a couple times for them without really noticing a difference, maybe sleeping better? But anyhow my son, 2years old, had a fever of 102 and I gave him a bath before bed with some lavender essential oil and his fever was gone, and by the next day he was fine. I took one with some added coconut oil, and baking soda and man I could tell I was detoxing after. Slight headache and muscle aches. These are good things in that it was working and detoxing my body, but Ill take more precautions next time like drinking more water/tea, before and after, etc. Ive also thrown a handful or two into the soil with my tomato plants and man they grew like weeds. Practically pruning every day!! Id also like to point out that instead of a harsh bleach bath that Drs recommend for eczema, Epsom salts with baking soda and coconut oil is worth considering. Its soothing and really hydrates the skin. Can follow with either raw Shea butter, Vaseline, or Aquaphor.
