> 3 dayI really like this set of tack cloths, the tackiness is just right for cleaning up your projects between stain coats and especially before (and between) your finish coats when you want every last speck of dust up and off the piece youre refinishing. These are comparable to the brand name ones I usually use and I love that each is individually wrapped so you get a clean sticky one when you need it. Truth be told, if I havent gotten it too bogged down with sanding dust I usually seal mine in a baggy after using and then reuse it for the less important clean ups when it doesnt have to be perfect but when you want the dust mostly gone so you can see where you stand (refolding it often gives you a fairy clean new surface as well). It does keep its stickiness for quite some time between uses as long as your baggy is sealed and if youre a cheap skate like me it makes me happy to make the set last longer! I use tackcloths all the time and this brand has quickly become the one I reach for. I would order again for sure.

> 3 dayThese work excellent to remove all dust prior to staining wood. Very happy with the effectiveness and they also are individually wrapped.

> 3 dayI’ve done several woodworking projects over the years and used lots of different tack cloths and this is the best I’ve found. Tacky enough to capture fine sawdust but not so sticky it’s hard to work with, and it even smells nice. I bought a box of 12; hope it stores well because I won’t use them all for this job.

19-11-2024I find these to be just the right amount of tack/stickiness. Some brands have too much tack and are hard to unfold because it all sticks together, and then leave residue on whatever I wipe. Some other brands have too little tack and dont last very long or dont even pick up all the dust on the first use. These seem to be in the middle. Good amount to tack to pick up dust, but not so much that they leave residue behind on what I wipe. Plus each tack cloth is individually wrapped, which is nice, and they all come in a nice box.

> 3 dayThese are necessary to put a finishing touch on many do it yourself projects. I sometimes craft and refinish furniture and always do my final clean with a tack cloth after sanding to get a smooth finish for the stain or sealer. Tried one and it performed as expected on par with other brands I have puexhsed.s Contains one dozen cotton cloths. You would be able to cut these smaller to suit your needs. A good value over similar cloths at the home improvement stores.

> 3 dayThese are individually wrapped, keeping each cloth clean and lint free until you are ready to use it. There is nothing worse than picking up and using what you think is a clean cloth, only to have it start spreading dirt that you hadnt noticed, and these completely avoid that problem. Beyond that, these are pretty much like every other tack cloth. They pick up and hold onto dust well, and are perfect for cleaning up a work piece that you have sanded before painting. I am happy with the job that these do.

Greater than one week12 individually wrapped 18 by 36 tack cloths come in handy to remove all dust particles before applying a finish to projects. It is so heartbreaking to think you have completed a project only to find that you didnt get all the dust off before applying paint, polyurethane, or lacquer and now have a bumpy mess on your hands. A good tack cloth, carefully used, will definitely prevent that. The cloths work well and do not contain any wax or silicones that could affect how a finish adheres. They are moderately sticky and sweep across the surface without any drag. Handy to have so many ready to use.

> 3 dayTack cloths like these are really useful for prepping a surface for paint, stain, or other finishes, by removing residual dust first. I like how these come with a large number of individual cloths, and that they are each individually wrapped. They are a good size and will come in handy. The material is like a sticky cheesecloth type fabric. I will add a photo here so you can see the material. I like it.

> 3 dayThese come individually wrapped and well packaged. Its pretty similar to most tack cloth. The thin cheesecloth material has lots of holes to catch dust and it is tacky enough to grab particulates but also easy to swipe across smooth surfaces without it catching. It doesnt seem to leave any obvious residue, but touching it with bare hands leaves an obvious light coating on it, similar to dried linseed oil. I suggest wearing gloves when using this and to lightly swipe across surfaces rather than rubbing it in, or else it might leave residue. I also suggest keeping them folded up as the cheesecloth becomes messed up rather easily. Just fold it to a new side to keep using the same cloth.
