09-06-2025I have been refinishing my shutters sanding them down and staining them. These tack cloths have been working really well. They come individually wrapped. The size of each cloth is decent. I have been sanding four sets of large shutters and have so far only used one for the job so these last. I start with the shop vacuum and then final cleanup with one of these. These are sturdy and dont fall apart as you are wiping. Overall these work much better than a plain shop rag for surface preparation for painting.

> 3 dayI sanded a piece i made. The tack clothes was sticky. After i wiped it down, i went over with a microfiber cloth and a lot of saw dust come off. I am not sure it this work.

Greater than one weekSo these tack cloths seem to work okay at removing sanding dust, which for me is their sole purpose. The price is certainly much better than what is charged at the big box stores and now I have enough for several more of my projects.

Greater than one weekI find these to be just the right amount of tack/stickiness. Some brands have too much tack and are hard to unfold because it all sticks together, and then leave residue on whatever I wipe. Some other brands have too little tack and dont last very long or dont even pick up all the dust on the first use. These seem to be in the middle. Good amount to tack to pick up dust, but not so much that they leave residue behind on what I wipe. Plus each tack cloth is individually wrapped, which is nice, and they all come in a nice box.

> 3 dayI bought these to try them while wood working. They worked just as I expected them to. I used them for prep work before both painting and staining and they worked well.

Greater than one weekThis tack cloth works great. The box came beat up, but each tack cloth is individually wrapped in sealed plastic so nothing got contaminated. Very sticky and picked up all the dust from sanding with a few swipes. Each cloth is also quite big once unfolded so it goes a long way. This is way cheaper than anything I can find at my hardware stores, so fantastic buy for me!

> 3 dayI really like this set of tack cloths, the tackiness is just right for cleaning up your projects between stain coats and especially before (and between) your finish coats when you want every last speck of dust up and off the piece youre refinishing. These are comparable to the brand name ones I usually use and I love that each is individually wrapped so you get a clean sticky one when you need it. Truth be told, if I havent gotten it too bogged down with sanding dust I usually seal mine in a baggy after using and then reuse it for the less important clean ups when it doesnt have to be perfect but when you want the dust mostly gone so you can see where you stand (refolding it often gives you a fairy clean new surface as well). It does keep its stickiness for quite some time between uses as long as your baggy is sealed and if youre a cheap skate like me it makes me happy to make the set last longer! I use tackcloths all the time and this brand has quickly become the one I reach for. I would order again for sure.

> 3 dayThese do a good job with prep work. Gets all the excess lint of right before paint. Good to have around the garage.

Greater than one weekThese are necessary to put a finishing touch on many do it yourself projects. I sometimes craft and refinish furniture and always do my final clean with a tack cloth after sanding to get a smooth finish for the stain or sealer. Tried one and it performed as expected on par with other brands I have puexhsed.s Contains one dozen cotton cloths. You would be able to cut these smaller to suit your needs. A good value over similar cloths at the home improvement stores.
