> 24 hourI bought this in January and put it into a system in around March of 2021. It worked really well daily up until December 8th of 2021. I tried the tester in various outlets and can confirm that it’s the PSU that failed on me.

> 24 hourThis power supply will not work with normal UPSes. You have to buy a super expensive True Sinewave UPS. Buy a different brand that doesnt require this.

> 24 hourThis is a great PSU. It has solid construction and all the adaptability you would expect from a fully modular PSU. The cables are all black which is nice and are well protected/insulated. I havent noticed any noise from the fan at all. The only knock would probably be that the fan protector appears to be plastic rather than steel which is a bit of an odd choice but there was no impact on my build.

> 24 hourI’ve built a few desktop pcs. I’ve used many evga products. Used multiple evga psu’s. On my latest build using 1000w psu I get micro stutters while in power saving mode. I like to choose different power options. This is the first time power saving mode had micro lag. I’m no expert but could be due to high power consumption of 3090 gpu. Maybe my system just needs more power to run stably. Idk. Feel like I have enough here.

> 24 hourThis 850 model is good. Never an issue so far with multiple builds

> 24 hourWorks, but its rather loud as soon as I start drawing a bit more power with my graphics card. My card consumes ~220W of extra power and the PSU is LOUD! (fan is not defective, it just spins fast). This could be ok, but it feels like the PSU also suddenly spins up as soon as CPU/GPU load spikes temporarily like when I open a web page, making it suddenly be noisy for a second out of nowhere-- it really has no delay. When its idle, its quiet. Also, it feels rather hot when idle. It feels like its heating up a long more than other power supplies Ive had.
