Did exactly what I wanted to do. At first I guess I didn’t know exactly how to make it work but great tech support and it worked great

If you follow the step-by-steps instructions that come with this product, it works really well. It took me a couple of tries to do it but I was able to recover my password. This does work - you just need to be patient when following the instructions to allow your computer to keep up with the commands. But it worked and I recommend this product.
