I used this on a Dell Inspiron computer. It took took me several tries. It worked!! However, one has to follow the paper directions, and video, carefully.

This product is terrific! Exactly as advertised it took me approximately 5 to 7 minutes to completion and password screen I was logged into my account that was blocked great product highly recommend.

If you follow the step-by-steps instructions that come with this product, it works really well. It took me a couple of tries to do it but I was able to recover my password. This does work - you just need to be patient when following the instructions to allow your computer to keep up with the commands. But it worked and I recommend this product.
