I am planning on using this cd a lot , during years .

The disc functioned flawlessly. Directions could be a bit more descriptive

I just inserted, reset my computer and hit settings to load from dvd and BOOM. Thank you! dang pc had been sitting here for 8 months almost unusable and in 5 minutes i am back in business

This disc was super easy to use. I used it on windows vista, and was able to unlock my laptop super quick. Strongly recommend.

Bought a cheap desktop with a password on it and this basically solved that problem. Kinda wish I knew about this product before I wiped the data from an other computer of mine because of the same issue.

Easy to use

Following the instructions, it didnt solve my issues. When I requested help, no one responded. I was able to resolve my issues by following the instructions on YouTube.

Obviously, 40 percent of people who purchased had issues. This did not work for me either. Instructions were vague, and should be more precise. Besides, this is made for the common non computer literate person.

Computer is locked in safe mode.password doesn’t work.Changed boot order but goes back to default.Went into safe mode after discovering a virus.I did everything according to instructions.
