If you follow the step-by-steps instructions that come with this product, it works really well. It took me a couple of tries to do it but I was able to recover my password. This does work - you just need to be patient when following the instructions to allow your computer to keep up with the commands. But it worked and I recommend this product.

Obviously, 40 percent of people who purchased had issues. This did not work for me either. Instructions were vague, and should be more precise. Besides, this is made for the common non computer literate person.

Excellent product. Easy to use. Instructions were very simple. Was able to reset password and enter my computer in less than 5 minutes. More than satisfied!

Did exactly what it said it would do

I have an older Everex desktop with Vista. DID NOT WORK AT ALL.
