First time writing a review here..but I had to. I purchase this and it broke in less than one month I loved this lil thing, replaced my broom & vacuum & with it being cordless i can clean my car!!! That until it broke! I am a gentle user, so kinda bummed it broke so easily. The housing/connector piece on the top handle snapped into two at the base, exposing the wires. **** I understand there is a one year warranty available, waiting to hear back from the seller on next steps so I may return and receive a new vacuum. *** Amazon is very helpful ensuring the seller responds, so hopefully a response super soon!! I see others have had same problem, so perhaps the manufacturer for this will also rethink and fix the design. —day 1 update: heard back from seller, waiting next steps.

I bought this in February 2023 as a quick clean up for my main level laminate/tile/area rugs. I have two big furry dogs, lots of hair bunnys. I was just using it tonight, thinking to myself this is one of my smartest purchases. 3 minutes later, it broke off at the head. No repair that I can see. So I got 3 months of vacuum joy. Any warranty or Amazon help out there? Id buy it again if theres support.

This vacuum hasn’t work well at all. Purchased in December and I have not been able to keep it running either. It doesn’t hold a charge on the battery or when I push the button and hold it to make it run. It will not continually run after about two or three seconds, I am trying to discover how to Return this item. However, I cannot find a phone number to contact. It should not be this difficult.

Very limited battery life unless used on lowest setting. Will need to by back-up battery at $48 which would have been an issue if the vac had been more expensive. Good suction even on lowest setting. Will eat your throw rugs though. It’s light weight is great for back disabled or the elderly.

The handle part where the two pieces connect snapped on me and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone that can help replace it or refund it and i have yet to get a hold of someone

This works great in our house of hardwood floors. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and this works well! Usually I have to dump it out a couple times. It doesnt really suck anything up bigger than a dime, which can be a little frustrating, but it is a smaller vacuum. Great overall.

*UPDATE 06/15/2023* Reached out to the manufacturer through the Amazon order page; VERY quick response (within 30 minutes) and they’re sending me a replacement vacuum. Assuming i actually receive it, we’ll see how long the replacement lasts. Hopefully they’ve addressed the problem that has so many of these vacuums breaking apart. This little cordless electric broom was great for nightly quick kitchen floor cleanup… UNTIL IT FELL APART barely 3.5 months after purchase. The entire powered handle unit literally snapped off in my son’s hand as he was using it; the plastic connections inside that hold the motor to the stick portion broke right apart. “Return and support windows closed” so now I’ve got a useless piece of junk that didn’t even survive for 4 months and I can’t get my money back. Consider your options before purchasing this one… you get what you pay for, I guess.

Received this vacuum on March 3rd. Worked really well on our hardwood floors and small area rugs. Liked the three power modes and the light on the vacuum head. The other day, two months after I received the unit, I was vacuuming an area rug and the vacuum rod just snapped from the vacuum itself! Duct tape to the rescue until I find a new one...... But.......Customer service was wonderful! After writing this review, I was contacted by Fabuletta and they promptly sent me a replacement. Thanks Kiki.....

After a good amount of research into cordless vacuums, I selected the Fabuletta 25Kpa cordless vacuum cleaner earlier this year. The reason I choose this brand and model number was: - The powerful 250 W motor providing ample suction power + “boost” speed switch - 25.9V/22mAh battery giving me 35 minutes non-stop vacuum time at normal speed. - Light weight at 5.5 lbs - Washable HEPA filter with mesh cover + An extra HEPA filter - Numerous attachments/accessories for carpet, floor and small nooks - Replacement battery The vacuum was/is excellent and got used daily for a 30 min run. The canister had plenty of space and the best part was easy cleaning and washing of the HEPA filter. I liked the replacement battery which allowed me to run longer by having a 2nd battery. However, after 4 months of continuous use, the attachment to the main unit broke which made the entire vacuum unusable. That is when I reached out to [email protected], and Cassie stepped in to help. A couple of emails back & forth, sent pics of broken part and they replaced the broken unit with a brand new one in 3 days. Now that’s just amazing customer service. But beyond a great customer experience this is a solid product given the functions and features you’re getting. I had this vacuum for 2 months and it worked great until I was using it today and the handle snapped from the motor. I will consider getting another one, but dissapointed that It broke after only 2 months.
