This vacuum is just what our household needed for our laminate floors! I love how easily I can vacuum up the dog hair. Its lightweight, yet durable. I will say, I used it to vacuum out my car and vacuumed up a pretzel without knowing it. After that, the Hepa light came on every time I used the wand attachment. I thought the vacuum just couldnt handle being tilted a certain way. I even thought I needed new filters so I order a pack of six. When I contacted customer service they were prompt and very kind. Just check if something got stuck in your wand attachment if the Hepa light comes on.

I love this vacuum cleaner since its light and the price is reasonable for use in my hard floors and area rugs. Unfortunately, the stick section broke off the motor case 5 months after purchase and the Amazon support period was over. I followed the instructions on the manufacturers support site and emailed the purchase info and two photos of the problem. They responded immediately and replaced the vacuum cleaner with all the parts within 3 days. I would have given it 5 stars because their customer service is outstanding, but only gave it four since it did break.

This works well and is easy to assemble. Comes with an extra filter. I have a few area rugs and runner and gets all of them done quickly and efficiently. The attachments are super easy to switch out. Takes only seconds.

I’ve been really impressed with this cordless vacuum. It maneuvers beautifully in tight corners and transitions from rugs to hardwood. The attachments are slick and useful. After having it for a few months, it would no longer charge. After reaching out directly to Fabuletta, the customer service team asked a few questions and determined I needed to replace the charger. They sent it immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate both getting a quick response and a quick solution. Highly recommended.

The product is great for the price. The suction power is impressive and the vacuum is nice and lightweight for doing stairs or upholstery. The only downside is it’s not that durable which is understandable for the price point but the customer service just blew me away and that is why I’m rating this vacuum 5 stars! It broke a few months after purchasing it (I may have swung it around too hard because it’s so lightweight) but because we were still within the 1 year warranty period, Fabuletta sent me a replacement one week later! Their customer service was absolutely incredible from their first response and that can be hard to come by with Amazon sellers. Love this product and company!

So far this vacuum works well. It is lightweight and pretty quiet when running. The default suction power is medium, and you can press a button on the battery to change it to high, low or back to medium. The battery life on medium setting is decent, and I would say it lasts about 30-40 minutes depending on what flooring type you are vacuuming (carpet, tile, wood). I purchased an extra battery so I would have enough battery power to clean my whole 3200 sqft home. I did notice that if I try to charge the battery right after using it for 30+ minutes, the battery will not charge until it cools off for awhile. Which is not a problem since I have a second battery to use in the meantime. Overall, this is a decent vacuum for the price, and works as well as the more expensive name brand cordless vacuums.

I used a Eureka upright vacuum cleaner, that was very powerful but corded and quite heavy for over 12 years. I find this Fabuletta a lovely replacement with a great price tag. It is just perfect now that I have hardwood floors. It is light, simple to change the cleaning heads, empty and maneuver. Unlike similar products when you pull the trigger the power stays on. It also has more than enough power. The battery on my unit was faulty but it was easy to reach out and contact customer service. A new one is on the way. I just wish the battery lasted longer on the high speed setting. With that said a positive transaction so far!

UPDATE: A satisfying customer services experience! The seller offered me replacements or refund. Unfortunately I already bought a new vacuum so I requested a refund which was quickly processed. I will buy this vacuum when I need another one! So disappointed that its been only less than four months that Ive been using it so well, and then suddenly broke! The vacuum didnt fall over at all, and just broke all of sudden while I was using it.
