I’ve been really impressed with this cordless vacuum. It maneuvers beautifully in tight corners and transitions from rugs to hardwood. The attachments are slick and useful. After having it for a few months, it would no longer charge. After reaching out directly to Fabuletta, the customer service team asked a few questions and determined I needed to replace the charger. They sent it immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate both getting a quick response and a quick solution. Highly recommended.

Purchased this vacuum end of April and loved it, suction worked wonderfully, the attachments were great as well, and the battery held charge very well. Very easy to clean and remove dirt and hair, and worked great on carpet, rugs, hardwood floor etc. Only downfall was that the handheld part where the dirt collects and it connects to the stick snapped for some odd reason, I wonder if I just got a weak one, was very sad. Went to their official website to contact customer support. They got back to me within 24 hours, sent them some pictures and some product info and within 12 hours they had sent me info on my replacement, AWESOME! Was so happy with their product even though it did break, when a company has this great of customer service i’ll continue to purchase their products.

This is very top heavy so it’s harbfor me to vacuum dust of crown molding and blinds but another thing is the one attachment never snapped in so I accidentally left it at the hotel on the 22 nd if May and now I can’t buy another one because I was holding it in place to vacuum the litter on hotel flor and must have put the brush attachment down to empty the bin . Now I am down an attachment because it never snapped in correctly . !! You would think they would sell the attachment they send to you in case this happens!!I like the vacuum and use it daily! I would recommend

I use this thing daily. It is an AWESOME little cordless vacuum! It has a light so I can see where I missed under beds and in hallways. The battery life is excellent. I have ran for an hour and a half on 1 charge. I have a Dyson that I love, but it has a cord, no light and it was impossible to use on my stairs. I bought this in February and I have used my Dyson maybe 5 times since I received this one. However…today it broke and I see there are other reviews that had the same exact break. I have contacted the seller and hopefully they will replace it as the broken part seems to be from a bad batch. This is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Once we have a resolution, I will update my review.

We bought this vaccine and was impressed by how well it worked. After a little over a month it broke apart where the head attached to the stick. I called Amazon and they were very helpful. They gave me the link to the manufacturer and I sent them a message they responded the next day and sent a upgraded replacement head in 3 days. It work just fine and hopefully the upgraded connection will be more durable. They do stand behind their product. I will buy another one for my daughter Update: I did notice that when I bought a second battery the original battery was not as strong as the second one. I contacted customer service dept of the vac manufacturer and they are sending out a replacement battery. Again I have to say this is a very good vacume and the customer service is excellent.

I ordered the Fabuletta because of the high reviews. I wasnt disappointed, I have only had it 2 days. I am a dog breeder so I have lots of dogs that help dirty my house. I also live in Florida where we have sand instead of soil. My ridgebacks bring in a lot of sand on their feet every time the come back in. This little machine picks up all the sand, dog hairs and anything else on the floor. I have no chew cots in their beds and this sucks the sand and hair off the cots. I lift the end to clean under the cot and it gets most everything. I am extremely happy with my Fabuletta. I just wonder how long the battery will last 30 minutes...

*Edit* This seems to be an issue with a particular batch of vacuums. The seller sent me a replacement and so far so good. This vacuum is made of very cheap plastic. I used it once a week for 3 months before the handheld part with the filter broke off. The plastic pieces snapped and cannot be put back together.

I loved this when I received it. I intended to save money after my Dyson broke after many years. I only have hardwood floors and even bought their backup battery. Maybe I’m the unlucky one, but it broke within a month. After contacting support and sharing review, a CSR contacted me immediately and offered refund or new one. I chose to try a new one in case I just had bad experience. I haven’t had it long enough to see if that is the case. But I wanted to update review because I was so impressed with the customer service representative who handled this. Clearly company cares for its customers to issue new machine with no hassle.

It works very, very well on hard floors and area rugs. Not so well on regular carpet -even on high speed. I only have one room with regular carpet, so I havent even touched my old vacuum since buying this one I love this vacuum, its so convenient. I love the small head for stairs and furniture, so definitely get the red one. I can go right out on my carpeted, covered porch and right back inside. I might get a second battery but Im usually able to get most of not everything done with 1. I really do recommend this vacuum. And it stands up on its own, which is such a great feature. Also, Ive had this for 4 or 5 months and I still love it.

So far this vacuum works well. It is lightweight and pretty quiet when running. The default suction power is medium, and you can press a button on the battery to change it to high, low or back to medium. The battery life on medium setting is decent, and I would say it lasts about 30-40 minutes depending on what flooring type you are vacuuming (carpet, tile, wood). I purchased an extra battery so I would have enough battery power to clean my whole 3200 sqft home. I did notice that if I try to charge the battery right after using it for 30+ minutes, the battery will not charge until it cools off for awhile. Which is not a problem since I have a second battery to use in the meantime. Overall, this is a decent vacuum for the price, and works as well as the more expensive name brand cordless vacuums.
