This stick vacuum is fine. I have some issues since I’m a dog groomer & I’ve used many of my clients vacuums. It’s just ok. It will shut off if you slightly move your hand off the power, the charge on low is about 20 minutes. It has the suction power, but keeping it on is frustrating. For the price it’s fine but I have a feeling I’ll upgrade. I don’t need a shark, as some I’ve used are from Amazon & not name brand. If you need touch up & have pet hair this will be ok. It works good on carpet & some short rugs. Overall I’d recommend it if you need a touch up quick vacuum.

It is super convenient being cordless and so small/lightweight. the charge lasts the duration needed for a full house clean up. And very easy to empty. Very easy to detach extensions. I definitely recommend it. But, I bought this for my mom who currently has 2 dogs and lots of grandkids who run in and out of the house constantly tracking in dirt, hair, drop food etc.).. this vacuum works well picking up regular daily clean up but, I wouldn’t recommend it for a home that needs a thorough cleaning. Works on both carpet and hardwood. But I just wouldn’t recommend it for homes that are very busy with people and furry pets . Being cordless it’s a little less powerful.. for my own house it’s perfect though. Especially for the price.

I have used this almost daily for about a month now. If you are using it on high, which I do, then it lasts about 10-15 minutes. It works for me because it allows me to get my common area in that time. Charging takes a few hours. Both of these things make me want to invest in another battery, but spending half of what I paid for the entire unit just on a battery isn’t very appealing to me at the moment. If I get tired of it dying on me, then I may pull the trigger. I use it mainly on fake hardwood floors and it does the job. We have used it a couple times on carpet and on high seems to do ok. Overall not bad for the price considering name brand of the exact thing are twice the price

After a good amount of research into cordless vacuums, I selected the Fabuletta 25Kpa cordless vacuum cleaner earlier this year. The reason I choose this brand and model number was: - The powerful 250 W motor providing ample suction power + “boost” speed switch - 25.9V/22mAh battery giving me 35 minutes non-stop vacuum time at normal speed. - Light weight at 5.5 lbs - Washable HEPA filter with mesh cover + An extra HEPA filter - Numerous attachments/accessories for carpet, floor and small nooks - Replacement battery The vacuum was/is excellent and got used daily for a 30 min run. The canister had plenty of space and the best part was easy cleaning and washing of the HEPA filter. I liked the replacement battery which allowed me to run longer by having a 2nd battery. However, after 4 months of continuous use, the attachment to the main unit broke which made the entire vacuum unusable. That is when I reached out to [email protected], and Cassie stepped in to help. A couple of emails back & forth, sent pics of broken part and they replaced the broken unit with a brand new one in 3 days. Now that’s just amazing customer service. But beyond a great customer experience this is a solid product given the functions and features you’re getting. Received this vacuum on March 3rd. Worked really well on our hardwood floors and small area rugs. Liked the three power modes and the light on the vacuum head. The other day, two months after I received the unit, I was vacuuming an area rug and the vacuum rod just snapped from the vacuum itself! Duct tape to the rescue until I find a new one...... But.......Customer service was wonderful! After writing this review, I was contacted by Fabuletta and they promptly sent me a replacement. Thanks Kiki.....

UPDATE: A satisfying customer services experience! The seller offered me replacements or refund. Unfortunately I already bought a new vacuum so I requested a refund which was quickly processed. I will buy this vacuum when I need another one! So disappointed that its been only less than four months that Ive been using it so well, and then suddenly broke! The vacuum didnt fall over at all, and just broke all of sudden while I was using it.

I’ve been really impressed with this cordless vacuum. It maneuvers beautifully in tight corners and transitions from rugs to hardwood. The attachments are slick and useful. After having it for a few months, it would no longer charge. After reaching out directly to Fabuletta, the customer service team asked a few questions and determined I needed to replace the charger. They sent it immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate both getting a quick response and a quick solution. Highly recommended.

Love this vacuum! I’ve got a bad back and pulling out a normal size corded vacuum can be just about torture for me. This vacuum is nice and lightweight with serious suction power. Insane value for the price in my opinion. All the attachments work great and you can configure the vacuum in so many different ways! The suction is so strong on some of my shorter Berber carpets that it almost gets stuck to it - and I am perfectly fine with that. It’s a great way to know that it’s doing its job. Are you going to be able to vacuum an entire 1500 sq ft home in one battery charge? Nope. And I am 110% ok with that. I can make it through 3 13x13 rooms with rugs and hard floors without a recharge on the setting it defaults to. Yes, the dust cup is small, but any bigger and you start adding weight. The cup is so easy to empty, who cares if you have to empty a few times. It’s one of the only upright vacuums that does a great job on hardwood and tile floors. It gets everything. Does a better job on the hard surfaces than my full size Shark.

Purchased this vacuum end of April and loved it, suction worked wonderfully, the attachments were great as well, and the battery held charge very well. Very easy to clean and remove dirt and hair, and worked great on carpet, rugs, hardwood floor etc. Only downfall was that the handheld part where the dirt collects and it connects to the stick snapped for some odd reason, I wonder if I just got a weak one, was very sad. Went to their official website to contact customer support. They got back to me within 24 hours, sent them some pictures and some product info and within 12 hours they had sent me info on my replacement, AWESOME! Was so happy with their product even though it did break, when a company has this great of customer service i’ll continue to purchase their products.

The product is great for the price. The suction power is impressive and the vacuum is nice and lightweight for doing stairs or upholstery. The only downside is it’s not that durable which is understandable for the price point but the customer service just blew me away and that is why I’m rating this vacuum 5 stars! It broke a few months after purchasing it (I may have swung it around too hard because it’s so lightweight) but because we were still within the 1 year warranty period, Fabuletta sent me a replacement one week later! Their customer service was absolutely incredible from their first response and that can be hard to come by with Amazon sellers. Love this product and company!
