We love this vacuum, my hubby can’t stop using it for everything with the attachments. Very good for the price as well. We knew getting anything cordless would mean short battery life, so as soon we ordered this vacuum, we also ordered a spare battery. We alternate between them, using one, charging the other and it’s worked out great. Suction is very good, definitely worth purchasing for daily clean ups! Only reason why it’s 4 stars it’s for the battery life, but again, easy solution (plus the spare battery was only $46, still making it waaayyyy cheaper than a Dyson or anything else).

Unfortunately, I couldnt use it because the battery didnt run out whether it was my fault or the products problem and vaccum container was little bit small, but the company read my feedback and wanted to know what the problem was right away, it would have been fine if I had ordered the product again. It was very difficult for companies that usually dont give feedback to replace things or get parts back. And for electrical products, it is recommended to buy insurance together. Especially in my case, the vacuum always broke down after about a year.

*Edit* This seems to be an issue with a particular batch of vacuums. The seller sent me a replacement and so far so good. This vacuum is made of very cheap plastic. I used it once a week for 3 months before the handheld part with the filter broke off. The plastic pieces snapped and cannot be put back together.

[Updated] The company promptly replaced my original vacuum saying that there was a defective batch. So far, the new vacuum is doing well and there have been no major issues. Still not the strongest suction but it gets the job done. The vacuum is pretty top heavy and prone to tipping over so I typically had it set up so it would lean against another object and not fall to the ground. After a few weeks, it tipped and slid down to the floor and ended shattering the area where the vacuum attaches to the various ends yielding it unusable. Very disappointed given the fall was pretty mild and landed on carpet.

For the price, you probably won’t find a better vacuum; however, this vacuum will not change your life. You’ll need to spend $600-$1,000 for that. I can use it for a fraction of the time it takes with my more expensive cordless vac. I can do our living room thoroughly and it takes up over half the battery. It will pick up your carpeted areas, but it doesn’t freshen up the carpet (meaning, it’s not powerful enough to move the carpet fibers to keep the carpet “alive” for longer As said before, it’s the best you’ll get for the price. But I would definitely recommend having a powerful backup for carpet. This is great for my day to day needs on hardwood with dog hair and kid crumbs.

Overall it’s great! My only concern is the battery doesn’t last more than about 15 to 20mins even after it’s been fully charged. Otherwise it’s lightweight, compact, has nice suction, and not crazy loud. It does great on my hardwood and my carpet!

The handle part where the two pieces connect snapped on me and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone that can help replace it or refund it and i have yet to get a hold of someone

I really enjoyed the easy use of this vacuum and the different attachments, but then the vacuum motor portion broke off of the main stick!

It is super convenient being cordless and so small/lightweight. the charge lasts the duration needed for a full house clean up. And very easy to empty. Very easy to detach extensions. I definitely recommend it. But, I bought this for my mom who currently has 2 dogs and lots of grandkids who run in and out of the house constantly tracking in dirt, hair, drop food etc.).. this vacuum works well picking up regular daily clean up but, I wouldn’t recommend it for a home that needs a thorough cleaning. Works on both carpet and hardwood. But I just wouldn’t recommend it for homes that are very busy with people and furry pets . Being cordless it’s a little less powerful.. for my own house it’s perfect though. Especially for the price.

Update: Company responded back stating I received a defective product and swiftly sent a replacement! They had great customer service. I contacted them via Amazon messaging but also reached out to customer service on their website and was able to get a faster reply there. Original: Loved this vacuum. It perfectly suctions hardwood, tile, and carpeting. As other reviewers have stated, the item broke after a short period of time. The screws connecting the connector to the base of the vacuum and stick portion were weak and just broke off. Tried contacting the company regarding this issue but no response has been received. I really liked this vacuum and am disappointed that a vacuum at this price was defective within 3 months. Really hoping the company will respond back or will have to contact Amazon.
