Product is fine if received without being crushed. Box and all was crushed. Now I have to figure a way to straighten it out and still use them. No more amazon delivery for me. I will just buy locally.

Needed a good heavy duty filter with a higher rating and odor control for the house. Filtrete cost a bit more but they are always worth it. These are pulling the pollen out of the air, cat hair, dust, and everything else thats floating around. Plus theyre helping reduce that old house smell. If youve got allergies or just strange smells in your home, these will help you breathe a bit better. I have to change them before 90 days, but my house is older and a few air gaps scattered about. Still a good value for the money, quality, and life span.

Works great I smoke in the house when wife’s gone and turn the fan to on for 30 minutes smells gone. I did purchase the 2 pack on sale for 25 I believe but if forced I would pay full price to restock!

They are air filters, they filter the air as advertised. Not so sure about any odor control as the carbon is sprinkled on discharge side like pixie dust. IMO like expecting the same type of coating with large granules of sugar to make the air sweet.

DO NOT USE THESE! Within a week of installing we began to have serious issues with our HVAC unit & water began leaking from the ceiling into our drywall. The black carbon pieces are NOT secure at all and clogged up the condensate. It had to be flushed/maintenanced twice to clear it fully. This should not be on the market.

The filters I received don’t have any carbon on them. Sad!!!

Filtrete Allergen Defense Odor Reduction Filters are the absolute best. I bought them on the recommendation from our doctor and the day I installed them I noticed an increase in the air quality in our condo. We have a 1500 sq ft loft and a dog so a quality air filter is important for us. Im putting these on auto order so we have a new one coming in every month. They are the absolute best and we will continue using them and highly recommend them to anyone who considers the air quality of their home to be important for their family.

Ah! Y’all are here trying to blow up my a/c unit! These filters arrived with the arrows pointing the WRONG WAY. If I had installed them according to the air flow directions on the side, the carbon particles would’ve been sucked into the unit. Good golly people - that could’ve been one costly mistake from the factory. I love the Filtrete brand and will probably continue to buy them but y’all need to do better for the people who don’t know better.
