> 3 dayThey are air filters, they filter the air as advertised. Not so sure about any odor control as the carbon is sprinkled on discharge side like pixie dust. IMO like expecting the same type of coating with large granules of sugar to make the air sweet.

Greater than one weekJust dont use it unless you have strong odors in the house because it is a strong filter and can damage your unit by making it pull the air harder than the regular filters.
