I have pretty severe allergies, and HEPA rated filters are often very, very expensive, so I make my own using these filters (20x20x1) and a box fan. Its really simple, affordable, and makes a huge difference to air quality in a small space. Granted, it doesnt filter bacteria and viruses, and isnt HEPA certified, but most common allergens and odors are adequately filtered through this product. Strongly recommended.

I normally bought this exact filter from Walmart, but I decided to do the subscribe and save with Amazon as it is more cost effective and will help remind to change the filter every three months along with the Filtrete app you can download. (Yes, I needed these reminders! Don’t judge. LOL)
