Not the best filtration out there, but pretty good for the price.

We are in very smoky conditions due to forest fires and this filter has helped greatly with indoor air quality. Glad to have it.

Notice now all the filter manufacturers use their own ratings system to make it harder for the end user to compare. Filtrete uses MPR and Home Depot( at least here in AZ ) has switched all their ratings to something called FPR. If all the manufacturers were required to post the industry standard MERV rating ( from the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) ), users could easily compare filters. Ive noticed a decline in the physical quality of the filter material at the Home Depot stores. The material that used to be on their 3rd highest rated filter is now used on their highest rated filter. Theyve reduced the ratings to Good, Best and similar names supposedly to make it easier for consumers but it also makes it easier to sell inferior products ( so caveat emptor ).

I really like these filters. I immedately notice a difference between this brand and others I have used. Tip: Subscribe to these so you never have to remember when its time to change your filters.

Best hypoallergenic filter ever. We have our youngest son that is IGa deficiency so we have to make sure he stays as healthy as we can due to his immune system so these have really helped

Overall I am happy with the product, it came packaged well and was on time. I just wish that both filters were individually wrapped because now when I open it, I’ll be using one and leaving the other one, open and just on standby for atleast 3 months until it’s time to switch them. This may not be an issue for someone else, and isn’t a huge issue for me. I’m definitely keeping them but for future reference I will try to find them individually wrapped next time.
