I take a large bottle of water to work and drink it. I’m constantly thirsty and I’m constantly drinking water. I needed to do something so I sent away for expensive mineral drops yes they worked but I needed something I could afford BUT WORKS I tried this I put a few sprinkles in my water before I go to work I’m no longer thirsty at work my bottle of water last my whole shift. My electrolytes are fine now. Very happy with my results & purchase.

This is not the moist grey salt that Im used to buying from this brand. It actually is very dry white & extra salty. Just so you know, might not be what you are used to.

tasty and a better choice than processed salt

I recently did some research on the importance of having the essential minerals in water that are usually filtered out when using typical water filters on the market. I looked everywhere trying to find ways and products to remineralize my drinking water, and settled on using Celtic salt since it is more cost-efficient than using something like trace mineral drops. I use about a teaspoon and mix it in with filtered water; ever since I started using this I find myself not chugging so much water that it makes me sick. I actually feel more hydrated now and have noticed such as difference.
