> 3 dayI love this little cleanser and it scrubs my dishwasher very well. Within a wash cycle, the heating coil, water stains and other impurities are gone effectively. So kudos to the functionality. However, it left a very strong chemical scent which I dislike. I use free and clear gels for my regular wash because I really hate the strong scent left from the wash pods. If there is a way to imporve such annoying fact, definitely a feature request to the maker. Overall, I recommend this product and would still use it. After all, I could run another quick rinse cycle to get rid of the smell quickly (with some water waste....)

> 3 dayMaybe I just missed the detail, but I didnt realize this is just a one dose container so I thought it was maybe kinda pricey after I got it and read the instruction about using the whole bottle in one use. It works and its not like I can remember the last time I ran a cleaner through my machine. It looked OK but I thought to do a cleaning just on general principals since the Finish dish cleaning packets work well but Ive got a lotta well water in my rust and the plastic was looking a little bit dingey. It looks new now. DWG

> 3 dayWork well; easy to use. Smells fresh. Due to the expense, I use quarterly for thorough clean and improved deorderizer and use cheaper products in between.

> 3 dayHave a 3 yr old Kitchen-Aid Dish washer(2019). Since installation Ive not done anything but a Sani-Rinse a few times. Always checked the Filter Canister ea month and the Screen every other. Have had no issues until the fall of 2022. Found that the Filter Canister had a Cinnamon colored gunk all over it after EVERY washing! I kept cleaning, only to see same Gunk as well as an Odor remaining after wash. Dishes and whatnot did NOT have an Odor, the machine did. 140°F Sani-washing changed nothing. So, some research, reviews and gave this a go. HOME RUN! After the FIRST use, No more Gunk, or Odor! Wash after Wash, Filter is okay, No Odor! Turns out the EPA yrs ago disallowed the use of any Phosphates in Dishwasher detergents. The Phosphates would keep the Mach. clean throughout. Its the water pathways that you CANT see/get to, thats causing the Odor. So, it turns out that the right quantity of Citric Acid does the Trick! Be sure to read the directions! You MUST remove the plastic peel from the Cap, leaving the Cap alone! Place cleaner upside down on the BOTTOM rack! Then, with machine empty, run the High Temp.(140°F), Sani-Rinse cycle,(mine took 3hrs). Abracadabra! No more Odor! Am placing on Amazon Auto Del. Will use once/mo. at $4 , its so worth it.

> 3 dayThis did clean my dishwasher well but it’s a bit awkward to use you have to put it in upside down hard to keep it straight actually at end of last cycle just cut small hole so rest of cleaner. Came out

> 3 dayUsed this on a dishwasher with stainless steel interior. The interior had gotten discolored. I tried the dishwasher cleaning hacks they recommend like using lemon crystals - didn’t do anything. This product made it look like new inside. I followed other reviewers suggestions to watch the propeller on the bottom, and make sure it wasn’t hitting the product as you sit it on the lower tray, and I used the hottest setting, which includes a sani-rinse in the hopes that it would make sure the little wax part melted and released the liquid. Worked like a charm. Buying more. However, I will mention that it did not make the dishes seem any cleaner on the next wash. Some reviewers indicated it seemed to improve the cleaning ability of the machine. Did not in this case. But it made the machine sparkling clean, like new inside, and it did not leave an overpowering odor. It just smelled clean.
