The belt is constructed well with strong Velcro. Provides proper back support, when I am doing something around the house or in my garage.

Great back brace. Easily adjustable and I dont get all tangled up in the Velcro. The metal stays give my back actual support. Ive bought many different back supports, but this is the best, so I bought 2.

I threw out my back and needed some extra support while healing. This definitely helped my back feel well supported. Helped a lot for lessening my pain while sitting & getting up. Feels well made & good quality. Fits well & is very adjustable.

I am a middle aged, 5’3” female laborer and I process quite a bit of heavy product off of pallets twice a week. I use this on my load days. I would highly recommend. It has excellent support. I like the additional Velcro adjustments. And it can be discreetly worn under a T-shirt. It is not too comfortable when against the skin, so I have an undershirt that I wear underneath the brace. This product works great for supporting my back when doing yard work, housework and even when playing golf. Im always tweaking my back muscles doing various activities and this brace has really helped.

The back brace is large enough to not slide around when moving and bending which is the reason why I got this brace. The copperfit one I got before this one kept sliding up and would not stay in place. There are four metal inserts that are removable, as you can see in the attached photo, that provide good support. You do not want to leave it on all the time though as it will make your muscles weaker (this applies to all back braces) only wear it for when you need extra support like lifting things. It also will get a bit sweaty if you wear it long enough or if its hot obviously. This brace was the most comfortable of the three I purchased and I recommend it.

I am a senior lady, who still enjoys working in my yard and garden. Activities as bending, lifting, digging, planting, and pushing a wheelbarrow were very painful to my lower back. Fit Geno Back Brace, with its adjustable straps, provides amazing support and comfort, eliminates pain, and the strong reinforcement to my lower back allows me to work for extended periods of time = excellent design!

So I guess I got a herniated disk while loading 600 lbs of salt the other week and I literally couldnt get out of bed it hurt so bad. Laying, sitting, driving, standing, there was no relief. I was very skeptical that a back brace would make any kind of meaningful difference after the fact, but I was desperate. It arrived two days later and wow... relief was instant. Pain isnt completely gone, but I can actually move again without being in agony. As an extra bonus, it knocks about 2 off my waistline lol. Its important to not order based on the waist size of your pants. Although theres plenty of room to adjust tighter, you dont wanna get one too small. The metal supports are definitely making a difference, putting constant compression on the disk. And although its probably not intended for lifting, I will definitely be wearing it from now on any time I expect to put strain on my lower back. 5 stars.

The product did what if said it would do. I wear it when I am in the yard doing yard work and it really helps my back. I dont experience any pain or discomfort when I have it on.
