I am very happy with this brace. It is a big improvement over my old one. I is easy to adjust and very comfortable! After my back surgery I came home from the hospital with a back brace. I had to wear it for several months. This Fit Geno brace works perfectly if I overdo things. It is light and comfortable enough to wear even when playing golf! I highly recommend this brace.

I have had back problems for years, and every now and then, I have a flare-up where Im in pain, and I cant straighten up. It was time to get a new brace when I had my latest flare-up, and I decided on this one after reading many reviews on different braces. This one is just what I needed. It provided great support and got me through several activities I would not have been able to do otherwise. The sizing chart was very accurate. I would definitely recommend this product.

I am a senior lady, who still enjoys working in my yard and garden. Activities as bending, lifting, digging, planting, and pushing a wheelbarrow were very painful to my lower back. Ive had chronic lower back and sciatica problems since I was a teenager. Over the years, Ive used many different back support belts and braces, and every time Ive been disappointed. Whether the velcro straps wear down, the belt doesnt fit comfortably, or the belt starts to fall apart. Ive just about given up on back belts. I bought this jewel, hoping I could get at least a couple of months use out of it. But wow! This belt is great! Ive never been so happy to finally find a belt that actually delivers! Its super comfortable, allowing me to work freely while offering excellent lower back support. The velcro on the belt is top notch! No slipping or undoing itself while Im using it, and the velcro still works and feels like new! As for quality, its holding up great! No signs of wear anywhere, especially near the seams where you would expect the strings to start coming loose. I cant say it enough, this belt is solid as they come!

So I guess I got a herniated disk while loading 600 lbs of salt the other week and I literally couldnt get out of bed it hurt so bad. Laying, sitting, driving, standing, there was no relief. I was very skeptical that a back brace would make any kind of meaningful difference after the fact, but I was desperate. It arrived two days later and wow... relief was instant. Pain isnt completely gone, but I can actually move again without being in agony. As an extra bonus, it knocks about 2 off my waistline lol. Its important to not order based on the waist size of your pants. Although theres plenty of room to adjust tighter, you dont wanna get one too small. The metal supports are definitely making a difference, putting constant compression on the disk. And although its probably not intended for lifting, I will definitely be wearing it from now on any time I expect to put strain on my lower back. 5 stars.

Wow, after suffering a herniated disc and suffering from sciatic pain this belt wonder has solved my problem. Less pain after wearing it few hours a day my pain has been lowered by more than 50% . Am please with this product and highly recommended

This belt is easy to adjust, it fits perfectly and it does not get loose or fall off. It really helps if you got a sliding vertebrae or disc. I wear it when I have to stay a longer time for example when I’m working in the kitchen. I also wear it when I’m traveling and have to sit a long time in the car. It gives me the stability support that I need for my lower back. I would recommend not to wear it the entire day because you still need to activate your muscles by yourself. I do my daily exercises but this belt helps you to support your back when you start feeling exhausted. It is worth to try it and it is a good price and very good quality!
