> 3 daySo I guess I got a herniated disk while loading 600 lbs of salt the other week and I literally couldnt get out of bed it hurt so bad. Laying, sitting, driving, standing, there was no relief. I was very skeptical that a back brace would make any kind of meaningful difference after the fact, but I was desperate. It arrived two days later and wow... relief was instant. Pain isnt completely gone, but I can actually move again without being in agony. As an extra bonus, it knocks about 2 off my waistline lol. Its important to not order based on the waist size of your pants. Although theres plenty of room to adjust tighter, you dont wanna get one too small. The metal supports are definitely making a difference, putting constant compression on the disk. And although its probably not intended for lifting, I will definitely be wearing it from now on any time I expect to put strain on my lower back. 5 stars.
