I am 5 feet and weigh 110 pounds. This back brace fits perfectly. Way too often accommodating small women is overlooked. At first I felt the brace did not come far enough down to support disks L5 and S1. However, after readjusting and moving it down to the needed area, it worked. I would highly recommend this brace.

I purchased this back brace for my husband and this is his review: I live in the mountains at 9,800 elevation and we heat with a wood stove so I cut, split and stack around 9-12 cords of firewood each year. I have tried several other back braces but they all weaken and lose their support after a while. This brace has more substance in the material and gives good support. I can wear it over my clothes or under and due to my age I still have low back pain but this brace gives support that makes my work more comfortable. Good price and good support. I wear this over a cami under my scrubs . Provides flexible support and is not noticeable. This is unrestricted support that I needed to do my job . Highly recommend and follow their size fit guidelines .

This belt is easy to adjust, it fits perfectly and it does not get loose or fall off. It really helps if you got a sliding vertebrae or disc. I wear it when I have to stay a longer time for example when I’m working in the kitchen. I also wear it when I’m traveling and have to sit a long time in the car. It gives me the stability support that I need for my lower back. I would recommend not to wear it the entire day because you still need to activate your muscles by yourself. I do my daily exercises but this belt helps you to support your back when you start feeling exhausted. It is worth to try it and it is a good price and very good quality!

I purchased the Fit Geno Back Brace to help me support my back while laying sod. I hoped it would be of benefit. Boy was it! We laid 400sq ft of sod and my back survived the ordeal. Id highly recommend it!!
