I wear this over a cami under my scrubs . Provides flexible support and is not noticeable. This is unrestricted support that I needed to do my job . Highly recommend and follow their size fit guidelines .

I am 5 feet and weigh 110 pounds. This back brace fits perfectly. Way too often accommodating small women is overlooked. At first I felt the brace did not come far enough down to support disks L5 and S1. However, after readjusting and moving it down to the needed area, it worked. I would highly recommend this brace.

The back brace is large enough to not slide around when moving and bending which is the reason why I got this brace. The copperfit one I got before this one kept sliding up and would not stay in place. There are four metal inserts that are removable, as you can see in the attached photo, that provide good support. You do not want to leave it on all the time though as it will make your muscles weaker (this applies to all back braces) only wear it for when you need extra support like lifting things. It also will get a bit sweaty if you wear it long enough or if its hot obviously. This brace was the most comfortable of the three I purchased and I recommend it.

So I guess I got a herniated disk while loading 600 lbs of salt the other week and I literally couldnt get out of bed it hurt so bad. Laying, sitting, driving, standing, there was no relief. I was very skeptical that a back brace would make any kind of meaningful difference after the fact, but I was desperate. It arrived two days later and wow... relief was instant. Pain isnt completely gone, but I can actually move again without being in agony. As an extra bonus, it knocks about 2 off my waistline lol. Its important to not order based on the waist size of your pants. Although theres plenty of room to adjust tighter, you dont wanna get one too small. The metal supports are definitely making a difference, putting constant compression on the disk. And although its probably not intended for lifting, I will definitely be wearing it from now on any time I expect to put strain on my lower back. 5 stars.

The belt is constructed well with strong Velcro. Provides proper back support, when I am doing something around the house or in my garage.

This is the best back-brace we have purchased. It provides the support I needed with adjustment for the level of tightness I need. It has the sewn-in support stays that keep the back brace from rolling, and helps keep it in place. Weve recently relocated from the South to Arizona, and this back brace has been a tremendous help in keeping my back from being hurt through the process. Highly recommend!

My 71 husband has had a bad back forever and has tried everything. A friend recommended this to him and it has really helped to relieve the pain. Hes gone to a Chiropractor, had maasages, gone to a pain management doctor, has red light laser therapy and what is really helping him is this brace! Ive had chronic lower back and sciatica problems since I was a teenager. Over the years, Ive used many different back support belts and braces, and every time Ive been disappointed. Whether the velcro straps wear down, the belt doesnt fit comfortably, or the belt starts to fall apart. Ive just about given up on back belts. I bought this jewel, hoping I could get at least a couple of months use out of it. But wow! This belt is great! Ive never been so happy to finally find a belt that actually delivers! Its super comfortable, allowing me to work freely while offering excellent lower back support. The velcro on the belt is top notch! No slipping or undoing itself while Im using it, and the velcro still works and feels like new! As for quality, its holding up great! No signs of wear anywhere, especially near the seams where you would expect the strings to start coming loose. I cant say it enough, this belt is solid as they come!

I am a senior lady, who still enjoys working in my yard and garden. Activities as bending, lifting, digging, planting, and pushing a wheelbarrow were very painful to my lower back.
