product looked good in box, installation was easy! Worked great at First! With in two months, digitizer is malfunctioning!!! Would consider another location to purchase!

Tools in the kit are ok glass seems ok but the adhesive is terrible! Even with a perfectly clean surface the glass will not stay in place and wants to fall off.

The product came on time and was not damaged at all. It had all the little tools with it too. However, since I wasnt able to replace the screen at all, I dont know whether the screen itself was working and functioning properly or if it was a faulty product. I wasnt able to use it since I realized while setting up, that the edge of my ipad screen was bent/dented inwards meaning that the screen wouldnt have fitted and sealed properly. So I decided not to replace my screen and just kept my cracked screen. Thats why I gave it a 3 star rating - for the product packaging, product condition, and shipping. But since I wasn’t able to confirm if its a working product, I decided to not rate it 5 stars.

Installation required some careful work but I managed to install it and it worked well for 3 weeks, then a band of unresponsive screen area developed on the digitizer to the one side. There is no way to communicate with the seller and I can find no warranty information on the item. After sale service appears to be difficult to obtain from this seller.

This screen worked very well. This is my first time fixing an iPad mini. I didn’t use the instructions it came with but watched a YouTube video on how to replace my screen. The only thing I notice is the screen is a little slow to respond to touch but it’s likely because it’s a mini first generation and no longer gets updates. Or its my first tine and I did something wrong . The packaging was great, protective of the product. I definitely will order from this seller again.

False advertising. Does not come with adhesive. Otherwise decent product.

High quality tools and glass.

The instructions included are way too small and end before the replacement is actually complete. Each picture is smaller than a postage stamp so there is now way you can use them as a guide. The printed instructions also refer you to their website but this is only to buy more products. There is no supplement to the instructions online. And once the replacement was done the protective sheet over the outside of the new glass left a film that had to be cleaned off with a razor blade.
