Fixcracked for iPad mini & iPad mini 2 9.7 inch Touch Screen Replacement Parts Digitizer Glass Assembly+ Professional Tool Kit (black)

The fit was off so much, it would not stay intact. It’s as if it was warped or something. I’ve replace many screens with a different brand but this one was way off.

This is a very good replacement. The tools provided are very good. I have bought other kits and the tools were worthless. Installed with help of video and it worked first time. Be sure and transfer the tape at the home button for extra insulation and dont forget the magnets.

First product was DOA. On calling tech support a replacement was sent after explaining that original digitizer worked to demonstrate that I had installed everything properly. 2nd product worked properly. My only suggestion is to get some additional insulating tape to replace any that does not reseal properly (see installation videos on the web)

This product came with a crack on the screen but it was small so I didn’t say anything, then only 3 weeks of screen on, the adhesive detached! This was easy to install but the item is not up to quality! I wouldn’t recommend it!

Cool, cool. Paid $23 to turn my iPad into a paperweight. My husband had already successfully repaired my cracked iphone screen with a similar kit and figured he’d try his hand at our old cracked iPad. It no longer turns on. We’ve tried everything. Watched every YouTube video. It’s toast. User error? Possibly. I’ll leave another star on in fairness, but my husband is quite tech savvy and extremely handy with just about everything. I really doubt he did something wrong and it seems like some element of this kit caused some type of circuit shortage or...something. Whatever. (I’m much less savvy than him). I’m not sure exactly what went wrong or what specifically caused the device to no longer function at all, but bottom line is this screen replacement definitely didn’t do us any favors. We could have still used the iPad with the cracked screen and now we can’t. Don’t attempt unless you’re not very attached to your iPad.

I couldn’t even use it because it was the wrong size. It shouldn’t even get 1 star. Money in the trash.

Was missing pieces but got it to work been years since I could use my ipad.. it said there was adhesive on it but none to be found

Installed this screen on a iPad mini Gen 2 and it works like new! It takes time to install but worth it. This is something you do not want to do quickly. Please take your time and watch a few “How to install” videos. The tool kit has everything you will need and quality tools. It’s was my first time installing and it worked for me!
