> 3 dayProduct only lasted for a few months. Install was super easy and quick but it didnt take long for me to start noticing issues with the screen. It would occasionally go crazy and just start pressing all kinda buttons and random stuff and other times it would just stop working completely. I finally decided to pop the screen back off and take a look. The ribbon for the digitizer had torn. I am not sure how this happened but the only thing I can think of is poor quality materials. Once installed, the ribbon will have a pinch in it because the connector has to fold back under the screen, but this shouldnt cause the cable to split like it did. Poor product.

> 3 dayHad previously repaired my iPad mini with a kit from another company and it didnt last long. So far so good with this one - just no adhesive so, if you cleaned yours off like I did before putting on the new screen, youre out of luck. Had to purchase adhesive separately (not sure why the company wouldnt include it!!!).

> 3 dayWorked for about 2 months; then started to be intermittently responsive to touches. Now the home button doesnt work at all, Contacted seller; and the short reply was that the warranty return period was 2 months! I did not install it immediately when i bought it in July, so now (December) the warranty is gone within 5 months. Thats not reasonable at all - we are not talking about a cracked screen or anything; the digitizer has stopped working after 2 months in operation!

> 3 dayThe instructions were difficult to read, as mentioned by other reviewers so I watched a video on how to remove it. My old screen was completely shattered but still in the housing so getting the pieces out with the suction cup was impossible, even after taping the entire screen. The steps for replacing were simple and the screen looks perfect. But it does not adhere to the metal backing at all, and I gave it a strict cleaning. Because it keeps separating, the screen will go black, causing the device to sleep. This is a problem on most of the apps I use it for, so, while it was relatively cheap to buy, it hasnt helped much with the issue of not being able to use my iPad in the first place. A few months of using it and the touch sensitivity is going out and half of the screen does not respond.

> 3 dayI had to watch a few videos online to figure out how to put the actual digitizer back on after you take it off. It worked great- ipad works good as new. The adhesive didnt seem very strong? Its holding it in place but Im skeptical if it is going to stay in- maybe it seals afterward, I dont know. Will change my review if it happens. Overall, Im glad I bought it.
