I was able to do it on my own, but it did take some time to make sure I did it correctly. Overall happy with this purchase.

Item was sent in new condition. Followed a video on YouTube how to install, step by step and everything went smooth. It is time consuming and you got be very gentle with material. Ipad is now in working conditions. Fast shipping. I would recommend. You need to buy your own glue or tape for Adhesion of material.

I don’t feel like the instructions for install are thorough enough. Once I figured it out, I got to find out that my screen is bad….sooooo on screen #2. We’ll see how this one does

Was able to replace the screen no problem. The connectors are off brand and don’t work well. You have to tap on icons several times and rotate the screen.

The screen replacement was easy to install and had the tools we needed to get the job done. Installment only took 20mins.

The Touch ID chip is linked to your unit only and cannot be replaced. Had I know this I would not have thrown away the original with cracked glass. Touch ID works, just not as an unlock with fingerprint feature. There is some good money down the drain…

This product is probably fine, I had no issue with the items provided in the package and it would probably work fine. However, this install isn’t for the faint of heart. I sat working diligently for 3+ hours only to screw up and not be able to get the cables plugged back in, which left me dead in the water. Just have a pro do it.

This product was amazing and had clear directions on how to replace!
