After replacing the screen with this one the center of the screen doesn’t work and the home button is really cheap feeling and doesn’t always work.

Was able to replace the screen no problem. The connectors are off brand and don’t work well. You have to tap on icons several times and rotate the screen.

Disclaimer: I was not paid to write this: Buying replacement parts online has always been more than unpleasant. Being the creature that I am, I gave it a go for an iPad screen replacement. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. So much so that I almost dont know what to do with my spare emotions. You could spend over $100 on a screen replacement, and if thats what helps you sleep at night, go for it. If spending $100 gives you anxiety (as it does me), then give these guys a shot. Just sayin.

half of the screen does not work whatsoever. the home button doesn’t even work anymore. the screen feels so plastic & tacky. i installed everything perfectly. i want my money back

I installed the screen, but now the home button doesnt work. It could have been 5 stars if: 1) they provided better instructions and tools to remove the existing screen (it was impossible with what they provided). I see other people use razors and some liquid. 2) they explained the home button installation.

Good quality replacement digitizer. Home button ribbon is slightly longer than required which requires a bit more attention to detail when re-assembling the unit but with a bit of care this installs quite easily. Accurate touch accuracy and no ghost touches!
