I made my repair after watching several YouTube videos but unfortunately the new screen didn’t work. I was going to give up and order a new iPad but due to the good reviews (including one where someone said it worked the second time) I decided to send my old one back and try again. I got a prompt replacement at no cost and the repair worked! Saved several hundred dollars.

The product has all the tools you need except protective glasses but I just wore my eye glasses

This replacement screen is great! It came with clear instructions and all the tools you need to replace it. Easy to install and After the new touch screen application My IPad works just as well as it did before I had to replace the screen.

Item worked like a charm, although I would say repairing an IPAD screen is difficult. Directions are spot on for the process. Tools provided were great. I did give this 5 Stars, but would like to see them add a hot pack, microwaveable. Getting the old screen is the most difficult part and a heat source that isnt constant would be an added value. Of course it would cost more, but just a suggestion. Outside of that the product is solid, worked great on my IPAD 6th Gen model.

I don’t feel like the instructions for install are thorough enough. Once I figured it out, I got to find out that my screen is bad….sooooo on screen #2. We’ll see how this one does
