> 3 dayI bought a pair of these for me, and another pair for my wife. Neither one of us ever had a pair of these, but because of some recent balance problems I bought us each a pair. I opened them, and found the instructions to be explicit, with pictures of each part, as well as each part to where it goes on the pole. I was a bit worried about how to get the poles to not collapse when I had weight on it. Well, not only does the instructions make it plain what to do, but then they say when you are done, you are to test them by putting your FULL weight on them to make sure they are correctly together. Beautiful - not only instructions, but instructions that show you EXACTLY where the part goes with a photo showing this location. May be the best instructions I have ever seen!! Great items. My wife and I both love them!! Id recommend them to anyone who has balance problems, or finds themselves falling sometimes. These are just perfect for ending these problems!

> 3 dayI looked at many different types of hiking poles and decided on Foxelli poles. They were very sturdy but very lightweight. I liked the cork handles which made for an easy non-slip grip while using. They folded up nicely and fit perfectly in my suitcase and came with a carrying case. They were easy to adjust when folding and easy to adjust for different heights of whoever would be using them. Came with all the attachments for snow, ice, dry ground. I used mine for snow and they worked just fine. They are very attractive and the price is right. good choice.

> 3 dayI just got these in the mail (approx. 04/27/21) and havent used them yet. They look nice. I am following the prompts to get my free gift from the company. Writing this review is required. Update 04/30/21: Upon inspection and setting poles to correct length I discovered one of the poles has a crack in the top piece. The inner hard plastic that meets the metal is broken clean around, yet it only looks like a separation from the outside. I am returning these and will reorder the same thing because they look good enough for a first set of poles. Well see! This was either shipping damage or something that got missed in a quality control inspection. Update 07/29/21 I ended up just goint Bass Pro and getting the Acadia Ascend, which I like, because I didnt have time to wait for shipping.

04-06-2025Everything I was hoping for...a set of 2 poles, the clamps hold the telescoping poles firmly so that when you lean on them they do not collapse, a nice bag to carry them in, and a complete assortment of tips. They even snt a free flashlight as a gift! Great price, too!

> 3 dayThe trekking poles were a good value for a well reviewed pole. What impressed me most was the Foxelli customer service. My poles arrived with a rip in the carrying bag. I emailed Foxelli and received an almost immediate response with an offer of a partial refund. Well done!

> 3 dayThese trek poles seem well built. Just had a hip replaced 4 weeks ago and have been using a cane to build up my strength in that hip by walking. These poles worked much better than my cane and allowed me to ease more weight into my hip while walking. Originally bought them to be used on hiking trails but decided I would try them for my hip strengthening and al glad I did.
