> 3 dayThis is excellent collapsible walking pole, maybe best I have used. I had 3 collapsible and 3 non collapsible. Only time will tell how they hold up. I use non for at home heavy workouts and collapsible for traveling, so get used about 1 week month. I will evaluate in year. That average of others lasted before gave out. So far 3 months great. Better then lot poles cost twice as much.

> 3 dayThese hiking poles have a nice storage pack for the interchangeable pieces and the poles themselves are sturdy.

> 3 dayUsed these on a recent hike in the Ruby Mountains, Nevada. I’m 66 and a 2000+ feet climb takes the wind out of me. The poles really helped going up and down with balance and that slight dizzy feeling one gets. The adjustments on the poles hold well and they worked very well.

18-11-2024Ordered a nice light blue color, really liked the look. The cork handles were not perfectly flush with the rubber piece, but felt great. Good price, good quality. However, I decided trekking poles are not for me. I dont backpack, and my hikes are generally 5-6 miles with elevation gain/rocks, etc. I do not have knee problems, and found that even with using trekking poles properly, it felt like more work. I ended up only using the poles 1/3 of my hikes in Yellowstone, Carried on my backpack the other 2/3 of the hike. However, if you have knee issues, probably a very good thing to have. Stronger than carbon fiber, but also slightly heavier. The slightly higher weight is likely more psychological than anything, unless you are an experienced trekker who hikes a lot of miles. Nice looking trekking poles!
