These are only suitable for a lightweight dresser or bookcase without heavy books. The screws are aluminum or nonferrous metal; I would not trust them holding a heavy bookcase. The 1-inch screws for the wall mount are for use with the 30# drywall anchors. However, they need longer to bite into a wall stud under 1/2 inch sheetrock. So I had to use my 2-inch screws. The screws for the furniture mount are dull and only suitable for composite furniture. Attachment to quality hardwood furniture requires pre-drilling. The bottom line is that the installation required tools and techniques that should not have been necessary, and the safety factor is questionable.

I needed to secure a tall,6+ feet tall unit that holds all my quilting fabric. A little cumbersome to get everything lined up. The biggest challenge was looping the wire through enough times to keep it from wobbling and pitching forward . Still a bit of play but looks like it’s holding ok

These are good anchors - metal anchor and metal loop. Suggest you install to a stud if you can (installed to two studs for large china cabinet). I like these vs. the strap systems.

We used these with tall, very heavy shelving units in our bathroom and child’s room. Easy to install, and provide very stable supports for units in high-traffic areas. Very happy with this product.

They seemed sturdy during installation. The brackets are nice and thick metal and don’t bend when you add pressure. The first one I installed was on a bookcase and it was close enough to the wall that I could feed the wire through the brackets twice and double up the strength. I tested it by pulling the the case a little bit and it seemed like it was going to work well. Then I moved on to the baby changing table and got it installed but because of where I had it attached, I was only able to feed the wire through the brackets once. I gave it a light pull and it instantly popped the wire from the wire clasp, rendering the wire useless. I thought maybe it was just one defective wire so I fed a new wire through and pulled (again very lightly) and it popped the wire from the clasp portion again. I thought maybe I was just being too rough with it until I got a third one out, screwed the end together and pulled on both ends without attaching it to the brackets. I was able to break the clasp from the wire pretty easily with my bare hands, which is a way less tension than the weight of a piece of furniture.

Tried to install them for a bookshelf. We found that the screws and mollies did not work together, wrong sizes. Because of this one small tug on the bookshelf and the screw came out of the wall! I was really hoping it would have worked but alas it did not.
