I cannot believe it took me so long to purchase one. Such a useful tool. The functions and the ease of use was amazing. With lithium batteries it took days of non stop navigation use. The shading of waypoints and routes makes getting everyone on the same page a breeze.

This is one of the best things I have bought so far in my carrier very accurate,fast, and easy to use I recommend you buy this if your looking for a good gps with MGRS

GPS senza cartografia che comunque risulterebbe illeggibile con un display da 2 pollici, valido per seguire tracce precaricate, comodo da consultare continuamente essendo da polso. Andrebbe migliorato il manuale, per imparare ad usarlo sono dovuto andare a tentativi.

I really like this product and it’s ease of use. Self intuitive to easily figuring out the main features.

Highly recommend it specially if you go for long hikes. So many options. Still learning even thought its been years already.

This review is coming from the viewpoint of a military user. I had a Foretrex 401 for years and the 601 is definitely an upgrade. Much bigger screen, better resolution, the backlight is much improved and easy to read under NVGs. Battery life is excellent.

Wer sich hier für das Garmin entscheidet, sollte wissen, es ist hauptsächlich für den Militäranwender entworfen. Das Display ist schlicht und sehr übersichtlich entworfen sowie auch die Funktionen der 4 Knöpfe.

Perfect. Only complaint is that its taller than the 401, making it a bash magnet. Just have to be more mindful when wearing on my wrist. Otherwise, just as intuitive and simple as the 401
