Greater than one weekI have purchased 2 of these heating pads. They each worked great and lasted about 1 year before the wires became exposed near the temperature control unit and they stopped working. Both heating pads broke in the exact same place, even when I was extra careful when using and putting away with the second one after the first broke... no tight cable when plugged in and no wrapping cord tight, and the second pad still broke in the same place. For the price and how often I use it, I do think I got my monies worth for the most part, just disappointed that both units succumbed to the same fate.

> 3 dayThis is a nicely made larger size heating pad with a long power cord. The material covering the pad is thick and soft to the touch. Unfortunately, the temperature control is odd. When you start it becomes very warm according the the high, med, low, settings, but over the next 10 - 15 minutes it gets less and less warm. You cant seem to get a consistently warm output. Starts very warm and then cools down to where it is barely warm.
