This heating pad is inconsistent with the heat. Sometimes high is hot and sometimes its not. When its not I simply turn it off and start again. I wish it was consistent.

I thought it quit working but maybe it wasnt plugged in good. It works fine now.

Its super soft, and a great size. I feel as though it doesnt get as hot as the traditional heating pad, however its alot more comfortable. So if you can trade a little bit of heat for comfort its perfect.

Excellent product for an excellent price

This heating pad is good, but it does have flaws. The temperature is messed up and is not consistent whatsoever. Sometimes when it’s on low it feels like it’s on high & sometimes when it’s on high it feels like it’s on low or not even on.

Very nice heating pad. The cover is very soft and thin. There are 3 different heating options. Very simple and easy to use. The cord is very long which i thought was nice because i could sit in diffrent places that werent so close to an outlet.

I ordered this item from Amazon, and it quit working in 6 months, past my return timeframe. I reached out to the company directly. Submitted images, provided them with order#, and they (GENIANI), sent me a brand new heating pad!

I ordered one and thought maybe it was defective- but I liked the size and style so ordered a second one to see if the first was defective. The second one doesn’t get hot enough either so I had to return and look for a different one. :(

Needed this for a back & leg injury; cord is long and temp is great.
